Raelyn hums quietly to Travis Greene's Made a way as she busied herself with the tidying of the kitchen.

It was Saturday and her exercise classes only ran through the weekdays  so she had no where to go on the weekends.

She didn't entirely mind though, it gave her time to catch up on the cleaning up of the house and some of her favorite shows.

Sky helped around the house as much as possible but he was still only a child, he couldn't work as thoroughly as she'd like.

On weekends though, he spent his time on the basketball court with his friends from school and the neighborhood

It was sort of relieving to have the house to herself up until the early hours of the evening.

She glanced briefly at the screen of her phone. 4:42PM it read and she turned back to cleaning the island.

Sky would be back by 5:30, she had some more time to herself, both to finish up cleaning and to prepare dinner.

Maybe she could take a stroll while Sky ate dinner. The evening promised a refreshing air and she wanted a part of it.

It was only 5 more minutes of cleaning before Sky walked into the kitchen

"I'm back" he says

"So early?" She asks, walking over to the cupboard and getting out a pot to prepare dinner in

"I got thirsty, I'll take a bottle and go back" he says, going to the fridge and getting out a bottle of water

"Hm, alright" she says only, dropping the pot on the unlit stove and going to gather all the ingredients she needed for the meal

He stares at her for a bit, wondering whether to go back or not.

"Coco?" He calls

"Yes?" She doesn't look at him

"Are you angry with me?" He asks "About Mr Zyaire?"

"I'm more disappointed than angry" she says, grabbing a chopping board and knife that she places on the island

"But..."

"But nothing" she cuts in, looking up from the board and at him "You were very wrong Sky, wrong and so disrespectful"

"But..."

"I want to believe I'd taught you better than that. That I'd taught you manners and how to respect those older than you but obviously not"
