"Please, let me drop you. It's not a problem at all" Doctor Santos who'd filled in for Doctor Delross and conducted Raelyn's tests says, a smile on his lips

They'd just finished the tests and he'd assured her the baby was fine and was growing right.

It was still just 11:23 so she had time to get to her exercise class that was to hold for the day from 12 to 5 and Doctor Santos was offering to drop her there.

"You really don't have to, I don't want to take you away from work" she says, picking up her tote bag and wearing it on her shoulder

"I have a break for 45 minutes, I don't mind sparing 15 minutes from it for you. I'll just drop you and be back" he insists and she smiles

"Alright well, thank you" she says and he smiles back, opening the door to the examination room

"After you" he says and she smiles before walking out the door and he follows behind her

"Take the road on the right, it's a shortcut to getting there" Raelyn says and Doctor Santos nods before driving down the path she's asked

"Miguel" he says after some quiet

"Hmm?"

"My first name, it's Miguel" he says "I realize I'd introduced myself as Doctor Santos, well my name is Miguel" he says and she smiles

"Ah...I see. You know my name already"

"I do and it's beautiful, just like it's bearer" he says and she chuckles

"Thank you" she says and he nods with a smile

With silence falling between them once more, she looks out the window

"If you don't mind, may I ask a question?" He asks, filling in the silence and she turns to him

"Yeah go ahead, what's your question?" She asks

"If you don't perceive it as rude to ask then I'd like to know, are you married? I don't see a ring so I was wondering " he says glancing briefly at her finger and back up at her face then the road

"Oh, no. I'm not" she says and she could swear, his smile got wider at her answer

"Engaged?"

"Nope"

"Boyfriend?" He asks and she chuckles

"I'm as single as single gets right now" she answers and he nods

"Great" he says and she laughs

"Great?"

"Well for me, yes" he says

"Why is it great for you?"

"Cause it wouldn't be wrong for me to make a move then" He says and she raises a brow, a smile tugging at her lips

"Make a move?"

"Ah...well I think you're a beautiful woman..."

"A beautiful pregnant woman" she cuts in and he chuckles

"Why? Is your pregnancy a problem?"

"You have no problem with me being single and pregnant?" She asks

"Should I? There would only be a problem if you had a man and from what you've said, you don't" he says

"Right"
