CHAPTER 10

TYLER'S POV
It was 6pm now and there was no sign of the girls. None of them had called or texted us till now and we all were worried sick. "Maybe they felt sick and went home" Mason said in a mocking voice. Zayn turned his head and glared at him. "It was just a guess ok" Zayn said rolling his eyes. Suddenly we heard a knock on the door and Scott rushed to open it. As soon as the door opened Crystal, Zoey, Rose, Ashley and Sarah stumbled in, like actually stumbled in. "HEY BOYS!! HOW WAS YOUR DAY!!"  Sarah shouted way too excitedly. "where were you guys?" Zayn asked while looking at them with observational eyes. "oh you know...just hanging oooutt with some friendsss" Zoey replied with a slurring voice. "are you guys drunk?" Mason asked. His tone was showing slight anger but he was trying his best to control it. "no...no way" Crystal replied trying to maintain her balance. "why didn't any of you reply to our calls or texts?" Scott asked them. "our phones were dead" Ashley replied, trying her very best to sound sober. "all of yours?" I asked them and she moved her head up and down, nodding like a three year old baby. Clearly they were drunk out of their minds. "ok ok!" Crystal suddenly said while clapping her hands to get our attention. "Alll of uss are veryyyy tired...we are going to sleeppp...GOODNIGHT!" She announced in a slurring voice. They were about to go to their rooms when suddenly Mason grabbed Sarah's wrist. "none of you are going anywhere until you answer our questions" He said with gritting teeth. Sarah pulled her wrist out of his grip. "NO! we've had enough of your questions! Wee need resttt" she replied. Her voice was slurring as well. "no you're not going anywhere" he said grabbing her wrist again. "what the hell is your problem!! We just went out with a few friends for a day, why are you making it such a big issue!!" Sarah snapped. To be honest I was a little taken aback because she was the calm one in their relationship and we had never seen her snap like this, well alcohol can really make people do 'things'. "and by the way why do you all even care! it's not like we ran away with someone" Zoey said rolling her eyes. Zayn got up from the couch he was sitting on and walked upto her. "we care because we love you all" he replied while looking at her in the eyes. "liars" We heard Crystal say under her breath, hoping that we didn't hear but we did. "what did you say?" I asked her, anger slowly rising in me because all of them knew how sensitive we boys are when it comes to the topic of our  relationships with them. "I said...liars!" she shouted in my face. "and may I please know why did you say that" I said annoyed. This was really going over the edge. "well do I really need to explain you that!" Crystal said rolling her eyes. Her voice no longer slurry but filled with anger. "yes!" I snapped back. "They told us everything!" Ashley shouted out of nowhere. I turned to look at her. "who told you what" Scott asked her calmly. He was trying very hard to tackle the situation calmly. "Leah and her friends! They told us everything!" She repeated. It had to be them!. "what did they tell you!" I asked shouting, this was getting more difficult as each minute passed. "well I don't think you guys have the guts to listen because you all are cowards! liars! and cheaters!" Ashley shouted looking at Scott, but referring to all of us. "look" Noah suddenly spoke up, sounding frustrated. "we've had enough of your riddles! just come to the damn point!" He snapped. "ok we'll come to the damn point" Rose said, but her voice felt like she was about to cry. "they told us about you staring at the freshman girls and passing comments at them while we were not around!" she shouted while flashing her phone screen in front of us. There was a picture of us and the group of freshman girls, clinging to us like their life depends on it. My eyes went wide. Sure we saw the freshman girls yesterday and the picture is a true picture but the backstory is entirely different. We didn't stare at them but instead they came upto us and started flirting with us. It was true that we passed comments at them but they weren't the flirtatious one, we were asking them to leave us alone because all of us have already met the girls we're going to marry and spent our lives with. "what? cat got your tongue!?" Crystal shouted at us when none of us said a word. "well you know what, all of us have decided something" Zoey said all of a sudden before we could say anything in our justification. "you guys mind your business and we'll mind ours" she said and with that all of them started walking towards the guest room. Oh hell no! they can't leave like this without hearing the other side of the story. We started walking towards them but by that time they had already reached the door of the guest room. "guys please listen to us!" Zayn shouted just as Zoey entered the room and was about to close the door. "go and tell it to those girls!" and with that she slammed the door shut in our faces. "Crys please open up!" I shouted, more like pleaded. No response. All of us sighed. "maybe we should give them some time" Noah said calmly. "and maybe we need some time too" Mason said and with that we all started walking back towards the main hall, not really wanting to go to our rooms. Huh! This is going to be a long night!
