"Toka-chan, Are you coming or not?" You heard a quiet yet enthusiastic yelp coming from the house. The garden was covered with a thick blanket of white where the outlines of footsteps crisscrossed and overlapped each other with occasional paw prints appearing as well.

It was like an incomplete painting where most of the canvas was empty.

The snow blizzard surprised you both as you were casually hanging out like how most people do in relationships but the tv stopped working, leaving you two with nothing to do but to watch the small snowflakes decorate the outside world. Therefore, you took advantage of the situation and decided to face the cold.

You were busy outside, admiring the sparkle the holly leaves had with icicles hanging down from its tip but you heard footstep, coming from behind you. You switched direction to see Yachi covered from head to toe with hats, mittens, boots, a few jumpers and a massive beige coat. You watched her hobble towards you, breathing heavily due to the weight she had to carry.

"I understand that it's freezing but don't you think this is overkill?"

"I don't want to get Hyperthermia." She reasoned, wiggling her eyebrows.

"I'm pretty sure that won't happen." You laughed, lacing your fingers with hers and leading her towards the snow.

"Let's build a snowman." Yachi pleaded excitedly, shining an adorable grin. You couldn't say no to that.

You two began rolling some snowballs, working together to build your dream snowman. You set the body of the snowman together before looking for some twigs for the arms while the both of you sang Frozen songs off key. Yachi broke some sticks off a branch and planted it into the sides of the snowman. You stepped inside to find some buttons for its eyes and carrot for the nose but you only had a parsnip. Guess it was better than nothing. You placed them on the snowman to create his face and stood back to admire your work.

"It's missing something." You both stared at the snowman: Yachi seemed to have a Eureka moment and began unwrapping the cloth around her neck, bundling up the snowman with her rainbow scarf.

"There. Better."

"So ...what's it's name?" You began to brainstorm a bunch of boys and girls names before settling on one.

"What about Alex?"

"Alex the snowman...I like it." You admired your girlfriend's smile, hugging Alex making sure she wasn't committing snowman murder.

Wow, you were lucky.

You sculptured a ball of snow in your hand, throwing it at her. Her face was filled with complete shock. She giggled and began chasing you around the garden, armed with snow weapons. She bombarded you with snow. You decided to entertain her by acting out a whole death scene like one from the movies, falling to the ground when a snowball strikes you in the chest. You even improvised a dramatic monologue on the spot. Yachi gave you an amused look, waving her hands over your body.

"I now demand this soul to live again." She chanted, only to expect a kiss from you when you rose up from the ground to meet her eye to eye.

"Miss me?" She nodded, hugging you tightly. You noticed that she was shivering, hearing her teeth clatter together. "Seriously. You're still cold even when wearing all of those layers."

"I-I donated my scarf to Alex." She mentioned quietly, wrapping her arms around her for warmth and comfort.

"Well that's true." You stood up and encased her in your arms. "How about we call it day and I'll make you some hot chocolate." You suggested, letting your fingers play in her blond hair. You guided towards the house and onto the couch. You made the both you some hot cocoa, decorated with cream and a candy cane for style. You handed her drink to her, wrapping you two in a warm blankets as you and Yachi snuggled close to each other. You rested your head on hers and sighed.

"If only it snowed everyday."

(A/N): That was actually quite fun to write. I have a soft spot for Yachi ...buuuuut Kenma's perfect for me any day.
