Y/n McCall is Scott McCall's younger twin sister. When her brother is bit by a werewolf, she gets pulled into the world of the supernatural alongside him, and things in her life take a turn. For better or for worse though, that's undecided. Can she...
"What do you mean you can't go to the formal?" I ask Scott as the two of us walked down the hallway.
Scott shrugged. "That's what Coach told me. He said it's because I'm failing three classes."
"Yeah, well, that'll do it," I say as we stopped at my locker.
"It was either I couldn't go to the formal or I had to be cut from the lacrosse team. And using Coach's words, he'd rather 'cut off his last remaining testicle than cut his best player,'" Scott recited for me.
"Okay, ew," I cringe. "I did not need to hear that. But everything's gonna be okay. One, Jackson is taking Allison to the formal, so she'll be safe. And two, once all this nonsense is over, I'm going to help you study and get your grades up so you don't fail sophomore year."
"Yeah but-"
I cut Scott off. "Stop. No more worrying. Just take a deep breath and focus on the school day." After school, Allison, Lydia, and I went to the mall to buy our dresses for the formal, and to say I was not looking forward to it was an understatement.
"Don't frown, Y/n," Lydia lectured me. "We're gonna find you the perfect dress that'll make Leo almost faint when he sees you."
"It's not about the dress, Lydia. I'm just not really a dance kind of person," I confess. "I was hoping that Leo wouldn't ask me because I didn't want to go, but then he showed up at my house with roses, and who can say no to roses?"
"That is exactly the reason you should want to go. If Leo did all of that just to ask you to a formal, he must care for you an awful lot," Lydia pointed out. "Right Allison?"
"Huh? Um, yeah," Allison murmured as she continued looking through a row of dresses.
"Now go," Lydia demanded and shooed me away. "Find a dress." I sighed, but nodded and went to look through the aisles of dresses. Maybe Lydia had a point though. Maybe this wouldn't be as bad as I thought it'd be. Finally, after about an hour, a dress caught my eye.
"Lydia!" I call out and wave her over. "I think I found the one. What do you think?"
"That's definitely it," Lydia confirmed. "Go try it on." So, after trying on the dress, and showing Allison and Lydia what I looked like, we all agreed that it was the one. And when everyone had found a dress, we paid for our things and headed home. The night of the formal came sooner than I thought, and now, I was standing in front of the mirror in my dress and a pair of white heels, my hair curled slightly and left down.

"You look beautiful," my mom commented and leaned against the doorframe of my room.
"Thanks," I return and smooth down the dress. "Do you think Leo will like it?"
"He'd be stupid not to," my mom claimed as the doorbell rang. I grabbed my purse from my bed and slung it over my shoulder as I hurried down the stairs, not wanting to keep Leo waiting for long. I swung open the door to reveal Leo, all dressed up in a nice suit, looking as handsome as ever.
"Look at you," Leo spoke and took in my appearance. "You look gorgeous."
"Thank, Leo. You look really nice too," I tell him as my mom walked down the stairs.
"I'll have her home no later than 12 Ms. McCall," Leo said to my mother. After I allowed my mom one picture of the two of us, we climbed into Leo's car and drove to the school dance. When we got out of the car, I saw that Jackson had showed up with Allison and Lydia with Stiles. Those were two pairs I never expected to see together. Upon entering the building, Leo and I set our things down at our table and talked for awhile, until, around the middle of the dance, a slow song came on. "Come on. Lets go dance."
I allowed Leo to lead me to the dance floor where the two of us swayed to the beat of the song. For a few seconds, I was enjoying myself. Actually enjoying myself. But of course, nothing good could ever happen in Beacon Hills. From where my head was resting on Leo's shoulder, I saw Lydia run out of the gym, which should have been near impossible in heals, but she managed to make it work.
"I have to use the bathroom," I share with Leo and distance myself from my boyfriend. "I'll be right back." Leo nodded and went back to the table as I moved my way through the crowd to get to the exit. Once I was outside, I followed Lydia to the lacrosse field. What was she doing here? And then, a man I recognized walked out from the shadows. Peter Hale, aka the Alpha Werewolf. Just as I made my way onto the field, he lunged at Lydia and bit her, causing her to collapse to the ground. "Lydia!" I yell and run over to her. Before I could get close though, Peter stepped in front of her body and licked the blood off of his lips.
"You must be Y/n, Scott's sister," Peter deduced. "It's nice to finally meet you."
"L-leave her a-alone," I stutter and glance at my friend, who was now unconscious.
"I don't want to hurt her," Peter revealed. "And I won't, if you give me one thing."
"What do you want?" I quiz.
"This," Peter muttered. Before I could even do anything, I was on the ground, my back flaring up with pain from hitting the grass. At that moment, a burning pain arose on my abdomen, and when I looked down, a dark blood stain was slowly getting larger on my right side. That's when I realized Peter had just bitten me. My eyes rolled back into my head, and I didn't know if it was from the pain I felt, or the blood loss, but the last thing I heard before I blacked out was Stiles calling out me and Lydia's names.
