Y/n's POV

"Y/n, if your phone goes off one more time I swear to god," Stiles grumbled.

"Whoa whoa whoa. That's your phone, not mine!" I argue.

"Check your phone right now," Stiles demanded.

"Then check yours too," I retort. Together, the two of us pulled out our phones, and when I turned mine on, I could feel the blood rushing to my face. "Stiles, what have you got?"

"Uh, five missed calls from Scott and a bunch of texts saying that he needs me to get to the house as soon as possible," Stiles rushed out. "You?"

"Seven missed calls and a text that says, and I'm reading this verbatim, 'ANSWER YOUR PHONE NOW'," I recite.

"We should go to your house then," Stiles urged.

"We definitely should," I agree. In the car, I listened to the voicemail Scott left me, and to say I was shocked at what he said was an understatement. A real big one. Finally, the two of us pulled up to the house, and when we entered through the front door, we ran into Scott, who was waiting for us.

"Like I said, I told my dad everything I could," Stiles mentioned to Scott as we made our way up the stairs.

"But you didn't tell him about Liam?" Scott pushed.

"Scott, you've barely told us anything about Liam," I bring up. "What did you do with him anyway?"

"He's upstairs. Lying down," Scott clarified. Scott's definition of lying down needed some work. Because Liam was definitely not lying down. He was tied up with duct tape in Scott's bathtub. After leaving Liam to discuss what was going on, Stiles and Scott took a seat on the edge of the latter's bed while I stayed standing. Well, it was more like I was pacing.

"So you bit him?" I quiz as I walked back and forth, wringing my hands in front of me.

"Yeah," Scott replied.

"And you kidnapped him and brought him here?" Stiles continued.

"I panicked," Scott admitted.

"Shit, Scott," I curse and stop pacing to turn and look at my twin brother. "You're not the smartest person in the world, but I didn't think you were this stupid. What you just did was idiotic. This is why Stiles and I usually come up with the plans. Your plans suck!"

"Okay, usually I'd take offence to you calling me stupid, but I don't have time to argue with you on that. I called you guys so that we could figure out a new plan," Scott stated. "So what should we do?"

..........................................

"Liam, we're going to take the tape off your mouth. If you scream, it goes right back on. If you talk quietly, it stays off," Stiles explained and took the tape off of his mouth. "Now, Liam, you've seen a lot of confusing things tonight, and more confusing things are going to happen because of the confusing things that happened tonight. Do you understand?"

"Not really," Liam answered.

"Scott, maybe you should tell him," I suggest.

"Liam, what happened to you, what I did to you, which I had to do in order to save you, it's going to change you," Scott started.

"Unless it kills you," Stiles interjected. "Oh. Maybe I shouldn't have said that."

"Liam, it's okay. You're going to be all right," I assure him. "You're not going to die."

"Probably not," Stiles interrupted again.

"Stiles! Stop it," I demand. "Now would you two idiots just untie him? Please." The two of them grumbled something incoherent, but did as I asked and untied Liam. He stood up and rubbed his wrists, probably happy to not be tied up anymore, but he didn't say a word.
