You're A Loser

''You should come to the party with me tonight'' At the mention of a party you immediately declined politely, insisting you had some sort of last minute homework you had to finish. Britney wasn't having any of it unfortunately.

''No come on! You've been cooped up in here for the past three days, you need a release'' She whined, tugging on your arm as she pouted out her bottom lip pleadingly. You rolled your eyes at her amusing yet childish behaviour. She successfully pulled you out of the bed and over towards your desk where she set up her make up and hair curler. She glanced at you in the mirror and smiled evilly causing you to feel uneasy.

''This isn't such a good id-''

''It's a great idea'' Britney counters back, ignoring your look you were giving her through the mirror. She scrimaged around her expensive looking make up bag, pulling out foundation, eye shadow pallets, eyeliner, lip gloss and blush, along with contour and bronzer. Damn, she was really going all out on you.

''God you are so lucky we have similar skin tones'' Britney says aloud to herself causing you to smile. It was nice, she wanted to do this for you. This was a new feeling entirely, having a girl friend getting ready for you to go out to parties. You never really had girls as friends, just as enemies.

You liked that Britney had started becoming more and more nice to you, opening up to you more and more. She was becoming a very close friend, you were beginning to care for her. She wasn't an idiot, in fact, she was quite bright once she stopped faking most of her bitchiness.

You had hoped that after everything, that maybe, just maybe, you guys would still have this, something close to a friendship. You guys were from completely different social backgrounds yet you noticed she began to care less and less, seeming to come over to yours just to hang out rather than just study.

You've loved every moment having her around, gossiping and talking about guys, mainly Peter and Spencer but that wasn't the point. You loved having someone to share this type of stuff with, you could only share so much with Zack before he became rather annoyed with you which was understandable, guys weren't that keen on talking about topics girls are.

She began with the foundation, moving it over your face so effortless that it almost felt like a second skin, it was refreshing. She had insisted you not to look in the mirror till she was finished so she spun your chair around so you were facing her instead.

It had only taken her about 20 minutes before she said she was done, now wanting to move onto your hair. She had left the curler on while doing your make up, letting it come u to temperature before she started curling your hair section by section.

You watched her smile grow even more once she was finished, her hands coming in front of her face as if she was proud of her work.

''Now we are just missing...'' She trailed off, glancing around to look for something.

Her eyes widened in excitement once she saw a piece of jewelry on your night stand. She quickly walked over and grabbed your necklace, walking back over to pop it on for you.

You fumbled with your glasses that sat uncomfortably on your nose drawing Britney's attention. She reached for them and gently pulled them off, moving a few strands of hair out of the way.
