When Harry and Louis entered the house, they were shocked to find broken glass all over the floor in the foyer.

"Umm, Niall? Are you okay?" Harry said, frantically, rushing inside. He was so wrapped up in the Louis drama that he had almost forgotten about him.

"Ni?" Harry asked again, rounding the corner. Niall sat on the couch, an angry expression on his face as he held the controller with a tight grip.

"Shhh, Im gonna beat this level," he said, not looking up.

"Okay, but um, did you drop something?" Harry asked gently. "Why is there Glass everywhere?"

"I don't know," Niall said, dismissing him.

Harry raised an eyebrow, making a mental note to bring it up later. He definitely did know what happened. And it definitely wasn't an accident.

"Hey," Louis called, walking into the living room. "I got the broom."

"Thanks," Harry said. As Louis walked into the room, Niall put his game down and began to examine Louis with his eyes.

"Oh, hi. Im Louis. Harry's neighbor," Louis said, extending a hand.

"Niall," Niall replied. "Nice to meet you."

"Louis was just coming by to watch a movie," Harry said with a smile. "We'll be in my room if you need anything."

"Sounds like Netflix and chill," Niall snorted.

"Um, maybe I should come back some other time," Louis said, blushing.

"Nonsense. Nothing is going to happen, Niall. Stop being silly," Harry replied. "Just knock if you need something."

"Sure," Niall replied. He went to the kitchen to grab a snack, and Harry and Louis headed to the bedroom.

"Okay, so do you want anything? Water? Popcorn? Cozy pajamas?" Harry asked, pushing a loose strand of hair out of Louis' eyes.

Louis bit his lip. "No more food. And no I'm okay in these clothes, thanks though."

"Okay," Harry said. He climbed into the bed, patting the side next to him and offering for Louis to climb in.

Louis hopped into bed, wincing a bit as he tumbled onto it.

"You okay?" Harry asked. "Stomach still hurts."

He nodded, inching towards the edge of the bed a bit and burrowing under his oversized hoodie.

"Hey, Lou. It's okay," Harry said as he scrolled through movie options. "You Can come closer if you want. I don't bite."

"No, it's not that... I just feel so gross, don't want you to see it," Louis replied.

Harry nodded. "Okay, whatever you re comfortable with. But you're not gross. What kind of movie?"

"Umm comedy?" Louis suggested.

Harry nodded and picked out a romantic comedy he had seen an ad for recently. After watching the trailer, they both decided it was a good option and Harry pressed play, lowering the lights so they could see better.

It was raining outside now. The storm began with a soft pitter patter but slowly progressed into a harsh rain, with occasional lightening flashes.

Harry tried to focus on the movie, keeping his eyes forward on the screen. But they kept drifting to Louis, who sat rigidly on the bed, nearly three feet of space in between them.

Halfway through the movie, Harry couldn't take it anymore. His sharp jaw, his soft hair, his gorgeous eyes. Louis was so beautiful. He couldn't take him being so far away.
