A/N: The tattoo technology in this chapter exists in real life and is also traditional. But other than in this story, in reality this traditional way of making a tattoo is really painful and is also permanent. So if anybody thought about doing this than really overthink it and then do it cause it's somehow amazing:)

Claire'sPOV
"Good boy. Yes, you know the way."
I chuckled as I listened to Miel, talking to her older horse.
"It's not funny" she hissed and I bursted out in laughter.
"I'm starving, Miel. You should have chosen another pony."
"Knights are always hungry. So you don't count. Anyways you're eating for nearly two people. I still don't get how a so tiny body can eat so much food" she fired back.
My grin just widened.
We reached the city just as the moon was about to rise again and the sun send her last rays. It was crowded and many people greeted us. Miel was very dear to many of the people here.
We went to a small restaurant and ordered some food.
"Are you nervous?"
"No, should I?"
"No, it's good if you're not. You won't regret it, Claire. It's your home now."
I nodded, though not sure if the temple and the angle were really my home. Through some instinct I just blurted out: "Miel, where was your home, before you joined the angle?"
She looked at me, surprised. For one moment I had the feeling she would yell or something but she didn't.
She layed her head on the other side and watched me closely.
"Why do you ask?"
"I-... It's fine. I'm sorry, that wasn't really tactful. Just forget it" I blushed embarrassed.
"No, it's fine. I was with R-"
"Your dinner, my ladies" the servant interrupted and placed our plates carefully in front of us. "Enjoy your meal. If you'll need anything, just call me."
"Thank you" I growled slightly. He couldn't know what he just disturbed. But my temper was still shortcut.
"Enjoy your meal, Claire" Miel smiled.
"Where was your home?" I insisted while shoving the first full spoons of curry into my mouth. I was really starving.
"Eat! You were hungry, remember?" She laughed.
"Please" I begged.
She looked at me annoyed and also somehow amused. "Fine. I was with Rel. I found him after he ran away and stayed by his side."
"But you look so much younger than him" I wondered.
"Indeed. I'm much younger, it just happened that my parents fought in this battle and fell. I had no one so I followed my friend." She spoke lightly and not bothered at all. She had to be really young to get along with this so well.
"I'm sorry." Now I was ashamed. I didn't mean to pressure her even though I did.
Suddenly all the lights went off. The guests screamed and plates broke and crashed down.
I felt a strong masculine hand around my throat, pressing and letting me gasp.
"I told you, you should get the hell out of here. I thought I made myself clear!" He hissed in my ear.
