"Gretel. Gretel!"

"Oh..."

I groaned and woke up from my slumber. I yawned and spotted Hansel.

"Bro?"

I was about to move...

...when I could not.

I looked at myself, and my eyes widened.

I was sitting in a brown chair. Hansel was sitting in the same chair.

And we were tied to the chair.

Our hands were touching each other's backs. Our chests and legs were covered with brown rope. And the rope was thick.

"Crub?!" I looked around. The place where we were in was familiar.

It was the secret room where we found the Lubriem stuff.

I sat up straight. I heard laughter. Evil laughter.

"Hello, children."

Hansel and I slowly turned to whoever said that.

A man was standing in front of us. His hair was brown. He wore a lab coat, brown pants, and black shoes. His hands were behind his back, and he smirked.

"Allow me to introduce myself," he said. "I am Dr. Maxwell."
