My gaze darted around the room as I looked to Lynne at the sound of my brothers name. No one seemed to be ready for me coming into the room as Lisa was holding her nose and Jinxx looked ready to kill someone.
I met Lynne's eyes and looked to the ground for just a moment before looking back up. I stood tall, my head held high as I figured that it was finally time that I take back charge of this group.
"What the Hell are you people yelling about in here?" I asked and Jinxx and Lynne both jumped to arguing again. I shared a look with Mark before letting out a loud whistle. The room fell silent as I looked to the pair. "Weather you like it or not Blake will be staying with us." I say and Jinxx shoots me a look. "She's going to have to prove herself useful to us, but she will be staying with us. If we're gonna kill James, we're gonna need all the help we can get." I say and turn on my heels. "Lynne, a moment?" I asked, leaving the room.
I could hear two pairs of footsteps following me as I walked towards the room that Mark and I were in earlier. I stood in the center of the room and ran my hand through my hair.
The door closed and I turned to face Lynne and Mark. "Luna. ." Lynne started but I held up my hand.
"It's okay. I'm fine." I say, nodding my head to her before I let out a sigh. "Blake will be staying with us, and because this was your idea, she's your responsibility." I say to her, rubbing my eyes. "We're going on a run tomorrow, I'm taking Lisa and Mark with me. You and her need to be apart for a bit and when we get back you two need to work this shit out. We can't get through all of this if you two are breaking each other's noses." I say, making her look to the floor. "You're going to go and patch her up. I don't care about the she said she said shit. Just get it done. Okay?" I asked, letting out a small yawn before shaking my head. "Now, I'm in need of sleep that I haven't had in four days if you would excuse us." I say and Lynne nods her head, leaving the room.
