"Watch it, Nerdalie!" shouted some girl I didn't know but somehow knew my name. I accidentally bumped into her while she was applying her lipstick. I shuffled to my locker and exchanged my notebook for my diary.

"You are so fake, Nat" accused Sarah. I rolled my eyes at her and she slammed my locker shut. "Why would you take Rachel to the movie set and not me?"

"I don't know? Maybe because we haven't held a conversation in a long time because you're too busy French kissing Ryan", I argued.

"What do you think we're doing right now?"

"Arguing!"

Sarah sighed and rubbed her forehead. "Look. I'm sorry. I forgot the number one rule: sisters before misters. I guess I got carried away with the fact that I have a boyfriend and I completely ignored you in the process. Forgive me, babe?"

I bit my lip. Should I really forgive her? "Yeah, I forgive you, boo. Just don't do this ever again. I missed you so much!"

"I missed you too!" We hugged and laughed. Once we let go of each other, Ryan came up to us and waved.

"Hey, Natalie. I just want to apologize for the homecoming dance incident. I didn't realize how horrible and mean it was until after it happened. I'm really sorry", he apologized. Wow, apologies are coming at me today!

"I forgive you." Ryan smiled.

"Natalie! Just the person I was looking for!" yelled Brielle as she strutted towards me with her groupie. They looked ridiculous wearing heels at school. It's school not a runway. "I heard you're dad is shooting that new movie with Bryan Freeler!"

I folded my arms. "Maybe he is, maybe he isn't. Why?"

"Because, we're friends right?" she asked while lightly punching my shoulder, awkwardly.

Did she really just call us friends? We are far from friends! "No. We aren't even acquaintances."

Brielle laughed. "You are so funny, Nat. Now, can you do me a solid and get him to go on a date with me?"

I glared at her. "But you and Peter are boyfriend and girlfriend."

"Who cares. I would totally drop Peter for Bryan in a second. Just please, for me?" she pleaded.

"Go to hell, Brielle."

"That rhymed", Sarah intervined. Brielle's face went from puppy dog to scolding. I was scared on the inside but on the outside, I put on the best poker face I could.

"You will regret this, Nerdalie!" she yelled before storming off down the corridor. I turned to Ryan and Sarah who were clapping. I bowed.

"Peter definitely deserves better than that witch", I told them.

Sarah chuckled. "You mean, he deserves you?"

"No!"

"Yeah, okay. Let's get inside before the bell rings." All three of us walked inside Mrs. McKenna's classroom. We sat in the seats we sat in yesterday and chatted.

"After school... Rachel and I got invited to hang with Bryan Freeler", I told them. "You guys want to triple date?"

"Heck yeah! Right, babe?" Sarah asked Ryan.

"Yeah."

Sarah looked at the empty desk to the right of me. "Where is Rachel."

"She's in the bathroom, talking to Bryan on her phone", I said opening my notebook. "I just hope she gets here before-"

"The bell?" a voice interrupted. I looked up and saw a bubbly Rachel, taking her seat. The bell rang a second later and the dragon lady (Mrs. McKenna) told us to pair up.

"Do you mind if I pair up with Ryan?" Sarah asked. I shook my head. I mean, what if he got paired up with some girl and they ended up going out. It would be all my fault.

"You want to be partners?" I asked Rachel. She nodded and I slid my desk next to hers.

"Now that you guys are paired up, I want you guys to go somewhere with each other and write about your experience in seperate point of views."

I raised my hand. Mrs. McKenna rolled her eyes and then nodded her head. "So we are both doing something together and writing two seperate papers."

"Yes, Natalie." Everyone let out an 'oh' and chatted with their partners.

"So, are we going to write about our hang out with Bryan?" Rachel asked.

"Yeah. But I don't have a date so... My paper is just going to say: kill me", I said.

"Don't worry about a date. My best friend is in town so I'll just ask him to accompany you on this date."

Do I really want to go on a blind date? "Okay. Just tell him don't expect me to look like Megan Fox."

Rachel laughed. "He isn't shallow, Natalie. You know, if I liked shallow people, I would've been friends with Brielle by now." This is true.

"I trust you", I said. All I have to do is trust and maybe, everything will turn out great. I really hope it does.
