Sex:
It is very simple within the breed of dragon. The distinction between the sex is simply male or female, and a baby dragon. Nothing special or drasticAppearance:
Dragons all have scales, tiny hard pieces of skin that over lap and create a protection for themselves, most of the time, makes them fireproof. The size of a dragon, and colour, vary due to environments. If a small dragon lives in the rain forest, it will have scale that aid in its survival. To define a dragon from other like creatures, it has a few distinctive features. These include hind legs and front legs, or can be used as arms if the dragon wishes so. A dragon also has a pair of wings, a tail and usually plates or decoration around the head. Size of dragon varies.
Mating:
A dragon can mate up to three times depending on breed. If a breed is more selective then it will only mate once. The female dragon can lay up to approximately ten eggs, though few can reach twenty. Eggs are usually left high up and unguarded during the day.Artist~ Draktau
Hunting:
Both sexes of dragons share the load of hunting and finding food. When dragons travel or live in groups, the quickest and best hunters are selected to find found, it does not matter whether they are male or female. Obviously, when the dragon is alone, it hunts its own food. Usually, a dragon can stand starvation up to three months.Temperament:
Some dragons can be a lot like human cats, loyal yet feisty. If you are able to befriend one, it will be your life long companion, like a human dog. Do not be fooled by all dragons, some like to be left very much alone. If the dragon has something it values in its own possession and you happen to take it? May God have mercy on you.Rarity:
For dragons, they're all different and unique, there really aren't any rarities you can get within the species of a dragon. The only rarity that may occur, which only happens very millennium, is when a titan dragon is born. It doesn't matter which breed, it could be the smallest, or the largest, but one dragon every thousand years will be born with magic powers. Whether that's the ability to control its own species or talk, it's known as a titan borne.Artist~ Todd Lockwood
