Part 4 ( Beam's Mission)

Third's Person POV

That Saturday, Afternoon. Beam finish his first shift at 2.30 pm. The restaurant started open for customer from 11 am - 2.30 pm. Open again on evening at 6pm - 11pm. However kitchen staff need to arrived early to prepared the fresh ingredients for that day.

Indeed it is hectic day for Beam. Lot of new thing that he had learned for today too. Plus, since all was so new for him. He is easily tired.

He helped to washes the ingredient that they needed. Brushes and rinse the clams and mussels also peel the garlic.  The main ingredients for Vongole Pasta and Mussels Pasta. It was popular menu requested by customer.

While Pring do the dishes and Beam also helped Pring when he done his part. He rushing there and here. Like Madam Jane said before, weekend is so handful. He get it.

Now only Beam and Pring sitting at pantries area for staff,  resting there while waiting for evening shift start. The rest of staff take their opportunity to roaming around at Cafe and shops nearby instead.

"Ai Pring, do you remember you have told me about your Plan A before? " Beam ask.

"Ermm...why Ai Beam...? " Pring showed her concerns.

" I will do my own Plan A too..." Beam said.

Pring knotted her eyebrows and tilt her head, changed her position. Now that she focus on Beam " Seriously Ai Beam?... you mean you want to do the same thing that i have tried before? " Pring stared at Beam eyes.

"Ermm... yeah " Beam replies right away.

"So who is she... did i know her ? " Pring curious.

"Erm first,  Not She. But him. Yess you know that person too " Beam retorted.

"Oh God, just spill it Beam, who is he? " Now Pring is really curious.

Beam take a deep breaths before he talk.

"Engineering Moon last year... " Beam smile thinly and sighs. He bite his lower lip. Shaking.

"... Ai Forth!??? are you kidding me Ai Beam? " Now Pring is seriously worries.

Beam close his eyes and nodding.

"Aww why him?... you can find another man Ai Beam but not him... he is Bi... player... like you too... " Pring said.

"I knew... but maybe i can make it work... " Beam said. Still.

"Then what Ai Beam...you will seduced him?. He may treat you as his one night stand only...and what you gonna do?. " Pring rise her voices.

" I am going to courting him... make he love me...focus on me..." Beam said. He is determined.

"You are nuts!, Ai Beam... Ok i knew he is rich... but are you even a Bi?, i never saw you with a guys before. " Pring asking.

Beam gulps his own saliva. " I am not... i mean i never do it... but i once admired him... during our first year... the roses, i think you know that too" Beam said.

Both of them smiling ear to ear.

"Yeah... i remember now, you gave him 1 stem of roses. That make him won that popularity voted by students. Because of you he won that title. The only different between him and runner up is just 1 stem of roses. Right? " Pring grinned.

Beam nods.

"So you admiring him before? Wow i never thought at all " Pring said.

Beam still smile.

Pring know because she was there too,  competed as Star of campus but she lost it over Star of Art and Music Faculty. Forth, Phana and the rest of contestants also the audience that night witness all of it, when Beam bring the last roses and put it into basket for Ai Forth instead of Ai Phana. Just 1 stem of roses. 1 only.
