Hi! are you sadddd? make one of these! NOW...jk hehehe. There are two ways: the tumblr way, and Bethany Mota's way.
Materials:
Jar
Plain paper
Ribbon/decorations (optional)
Sharpie/markers
Scissors
Computer/laptop
Tape/Glue
Get to it already!
This is the first way. The tumblr way..
Step 1: Look up happy, encouraging, or silly quotes that will brighten your mood. Write them down or print them on plain paper.
Step 2: Cut the quotes out separately.
Step 3: Place them in the jar.
Step 4: Write something like "positive thoughts" on strip of paper and tape or glue it to the jar as a label.
Step 5: Decorate it however you want. I like ribbons.
All Done! when you're sad look through these!
Here is the second way!! The Bethany Mota way...
Step 1: Decorate your jar and label it with a piece of paper. Some thing like "Positive thoughts" or "optimistic jar" or idek.
Step 2: Everyday when you go to bed. Write something good that happened and place it in the jar!
When you're sad you can look through all the good events!
