I thought it was all a big dream. until I saw Luke. Then I knew what happened. I started sobbing. my head and body felt like it had been stabbed 103 times.

my parents and Luke started crying and smiling. "we thought you were- " he hesitated. "why?" was the first word I spoke. "because you were i-in a c-" He stuttered. "no". "why did you do this to me. why would you do that; you knew that would kill me". He broke down into tears.

just at that moment I remembered who I was yelling at. my best friend. my crush. I trapped him and pulled him into a hug.

But. In all fairness. I wish I wouldn't have woken up. The sweet serenity of darkness was calming, almost comforting.
