we started walking all the way to the theatre which was probably about 2 miles away. on the second mile I started to yawn. I was exhausted but I kept bouncing around excited about the movie. he Picked me up and put me on his shoulders. I rested my chin on his head wrapping my hands around his forehead. I jokingly put them in front of his eyes. he smiled and walked teasingly into the street. "STOP" I said. he put his foot back onto the sidewalk and chuckled.

we finally got to the theatre and he turned in his tickets. we got some popcorn and a large soda and walked into the theatre. it was packed. there were 3 seats left in the middle of the theatre and we took 2 of them.

the movie started playing. everyone cheered. we were halfway through he movie and everyone was crying. especially Luks.

he looked me in the eyes. "Be my hazel grace" he said still crying. I nodded. "only if you be my agustus waters" I smiled. he pulled my head over to him and layed it on his shoulder. he kissed me on the head and the movie continued.

I gasped. a gunshot. a loud gunshot everyone screamed. 2 gunshots. they got closer. I held onto Luke's hand, 3. It got louder. 4. the door opened. everyone hid under their chairs. terrified. a large man walked up the stairs carrying a pistol. I held my breath. another gunshot. and a scream. "I love you" Luke said standing up

he ran over to the man wresting the gun from his hand. "LUKE!" I screamed sobbing. another gunshot. and a groan. I ran over, the man was knocked out but I didn't care about him. I ran over to Luks as the lightS turned on. 7 police officers arrived and paramedics. "HELP" I yelled. Luke was laying on the floor. he stroked my hair as I screamed, I felt near the side of his hip.

a wet substance came on my fingers. blood. Luke had been shot. he groaned, "please stay. stay alive" I sobbed. he chuckled his voice breaking." I love you So much Auri" he said his eyes closed, "nonono Luke please" i sobbed.

they lifted him onto a hospital bed and carried him out and I ran and followed close behind holding his hand. We got into the hospital and they put him on medication. he immediately woke up vomiting. I hugged him on the opposite side of where he was shot. they had extracted the bullet. he vomited again. "ugh I feel aweful" He held his stomach." well you jut got shot and you are on medication that tends to hurt your stomach" "I'm just glad you're alive." I started to cry but tried stopping myself.

the doctor came in and gave him some water and mouthwash for the vomit taste. once the doctor left I crawled next to him and he held my head onto his chest. his breathing patterns and heartbeat soon made me drift to sleep.
