"How dare you!" Bonnie went for another hit but Zion ducked.

"What the hell are you doing!" He yelled as he grabbed another flying fist of hers. She punched him! Like really punched his face! What the fuck?
"Let me go!" Bonnie screamed after Zion managed to grab both of her fists.

"No, you're going to punch me again." He stated.
"Yes, and I am going to slap you, pull your hair and smack your head against that freaking door!" She yelled, obviously enraged. Zion scowled at her.

"You want to smack my head against the door? Mine! After what you have done?!" He pulled her towards him and soon the two were inside his house.
"Alright I am a bitch! I am your biggest enemy and you hate me. But I thought you were done. I thought we were over and done. And I was okay with it. But this?! I took shot after shot from you. And I understood every single one of them because of what I did to you. But this is not just about me. This is about River too and I would've never thought you'd be able to do that to him. An innocent child." Zion frowned, slowly letting Bonnie go when he realized she had angry tears in her eyes.

"And the fact that you pulled my son into this revenge of yours sickens me. Everything you have to say about me, is fine. I survive a few insults. But bringing my son in-"
"You think I told anybody." Zion stated, interrupting her. Bonnie glared up at him.

"Don't try that one with me. I am not naive. You're a monster and I- and I-" Bonnie looked for a word.
"And I am angry!" She said right before punching his face again, this time making Zion bite his lip. He traced his lip with his index finger and saw the blood. With a growl he turned to look at Bonnie before grabbing her jaw with his right hand and pushing her against the wall.

"It doesn't even hurt." Bonnie snapped, trapped but not defenseless.
"Good, because I don't want to hurt you." He responded.
"But I want to hurt you!" Bonnie's knee had enough room to rise but she only managed to bump against his thigh. When she went to try again, Zion pressed his body fully against her, stopping her movement.

"Get off me, you monster!" She yelled, trying to push Zion away but he was stronger.
"If you even try to hit me again, I swear I will-" Zion stopped, not knowing what he would do.
"You will what? Do the worst thing you could think of and maybe release the whole contract next?" She snapped, remembering Zion why he was pressed against her.

"I did not do it, Ebony." He said to her with a serious face.
"I don't believe you." She scoffed.
"Why would I do that? Don't you think I would think about the consequences of that? You think I'd want everybody to know that we have a child and that I am the asshole that doesn't care for him?" He asked her with a big frown, the blood on his lip dripping down to his shirt. He watched her face, practically imagining the gears in her head work.

"It makes no sense to think it was me and you know that." He told her before realizing what he said.
"And it makes no sense to think it was you. Obviously." He was talking to himself, rather than tell her.
"You think I could do that to my own son!?" She snapped and Zion knew that would've earned him another punch.

"Not anymore." He said, looking at her in a confused way. Bonnie mirrored his facial expression as Zion slowly pushed away from her. He licked his lips and cringed at the metallic taste of blood.
"You're bl-"

"I know." He said as he walked towards the kitchen. He ripped off a piece of paper towel and pressed it against his lips.
"Does it hurt?" Bonnie hesitantly asked his as she stood a few metres away from him.
"No." He said with a shrug. Bonnie stepped closer.

"I'm sorry I attacked you." She said with regret.
"It didn't even hurt." Zion shrugged again and Bonnie took another step closer.
"Your cheek would beg to differ. It's bruising." She pointed out just as Zion threw away the sogged up paper towel. Once again, he shrugged. Bonnie sighed.

"I shouldn't have done that, I know. But you need to understand that I was so furious because he's-"
"Your son and you're trying to protect him, I know. I am not as monstrous as you think. I have common sense, you know." Zion shook his head before walking around and opening a cupboard.

"Or the sense of a father." Bonnie whispered.
"What?" Zion heard, but he was sure he wasn't supposed to.
"I need a drink." She said and watched him turn around with two wine glasses. Bonnie sighed in relief when he poured the glasses halfway with red wine.

"Thank you." She said when he handed her the glass. The two walked into his living room and sat down on the black leather couch. Silence surrounded them as they stared at the turned off TV and peacefully drank a few sips per minute.

"You might want to ice your cheek." Bonnie said, examining Zion's cheek.
"It's fine." He groaned.
"But it looks pretty bad." She sighed and went to touch it with her finger. Zion flinched when her cold fingers made contact with his cheek.
"Sorry. I really didn't think I could hurt you like that." Bonnie said again.

"You didn't hurt me, okay? I said it's fine." Zion growled, not looking at Bonnie. She frowned. And then she scoffed.
"Don't tell me that you're embarrassed because I punched you. It probably did hurt, I know my knuckles do. Just because I'm a girl, doesn't mean I can't physically hurt you." She told him.

"Well, but you didn't. So leave it alone." Zion glanced at her. Bonnie rolled her eyes and touched his bruise again. He slapped her hand away, making Bonnie laugh. Zion shook his head in annoyance and turned it even further away from her.
"Okay, I'll stop. I'm sorry." She stopped giggling.

"You're childish." Zion growled, looking down at the wine in his glass.
"Speaking of child." Bonnie finally started.

"What are we going to do?"

"What are we going to do?"
