The only person who Silver is ever seen with is her boyfriend and best friend, Jonathan Byers. The two were always together, neither one having any friends, resulting in them being together since they were fourteen and had been best friends before that. However, when Jonathan's little brother Will went missing, Silver did whatever she could to help Jonathan find him. But it was like after he went missing, Jonathan changed, and not in the good way. He became more distant, instead of pulling her in like he normally did, he was pushing her out. Silver tried not to let it bother her, until she learned the reason why. Nancy Wheeler.
Jonathan did everything to convince Silver that nothing was going on between them, saying how she was with Steve and how much he loved her, but Silver couldn't help but notice the longing stares the Byers boy sends the pretty Wheeler girl. Silver tried to push it away, especially after defeating the Demogorgon and getting Will back, the two tried to make their relationship work. But no matter how hard she tried, she couldn't help but feel this massive pain in her chest whenever she saw Jonathan with Nancy.
Silver attends the party on Halloween night, and runs into a hurt Steve who had just gotten into a serious fight with Nancy. Steve offers the girl a ride home and out of pain from both their break and too much to drink, the two make a mistake that will change their lives forever.

This is mostly based on season 2, but they will be season 1 flashbacks recurring to Jonathan and Silver. But do remember that this is a Steve Harrington fanfic.
This plot is based of luvbug_26 who let me use it, which was really kind.
