"I don't know, (Y/N)...He disappeared after the case went cold." Aaron said, looking up at me and rubbing his temple.

"There isn't anyone who would know where he is, Aaron?" I asked, sitting next to him and looking into his chocolate hues, they were filled with concern.

"There may be one...let me call him. I'll let you know." He said, standing and walking out of the precinct. Reid looked at me and I sighed, following him outside.

"Aaron-" I started, about to ask if he wants to talk about it and he interrupted me, quickly,

"I can't (Y/N). I know what you're gonna say." Sighing, I nodded and placed a hand on his bicep, going to walk back into the precinct. However, he grabbed my forearm softly and pressed his mouth to mine, giving me some kind of reassurance that he was okay. At least for now.

"I love you, (Y/N)." He whispered, looking into my eyes intensely and letting me go into the precinct. Walking back to the conference room, Rossi walked back into the room and asked,

"You good, kiddo?"

"Yeah...Just worried." I answered, my voice soft and his response, makes my concern worsen.

"Aaron is gonna be okay, (Y/N). This case just brings back hard memories." Sighing, I crossed my arms and looked at the board, murmuring,

"Victims...overkill on women, brunette."

"I talked to Roy Colson he gave me an address for Foyet. (Y/N), wanna go for a ride?" Aaron announced, coming back into the precinct and looking around at the team.

"Of course, Aaron." I responded, placing a hand on Morgan's shoulder and walking out with Aaron. Getting into the SUV, he sighed and stayed quiet, making me shift.

"(Y/N), I know you're worried." He started, his hand resting on my thigh and his eyes staying on the road, as he finished,

"I just need to know you're here for me, love."

"I am, Aaron. I really am. I just can't help it." I responded, sighing and stopping outside of Foyet's apartment. He looked out the driver's side window and said,

"Now..."

"We wait." I concluded, my eyes trained on him and his eyes trained on the street. The look of him...he was so rigid and tense. I couldn't get past this exterior rigidness, he was pushing people away to keep himself at a distance. Yet, I wouldn't let that happen.

Touching his arm, I felt him tense and look at me confused, but I kissed him. The tense feeling left after a few moments and I pulled away, whispering,

"Don't shut me out. I'm here for you...Always." Nodding, Aaron sighed and looked back out the window, responding,

"I won't shut you out, but it may take me a minute to open up...Please respect that."

"Of course, babe."

We waited for about thirty minutes and then Hotch spotted him, saying,

"There he is." He got out of the SUV and I followed suit, as he reached George Foyet, saying,

"Mr. Foyet, we'd like to speak with you please." Turning around, the frail looking man looked at Aaron and said,

"Agent Hotchner...Um..."

"May we come in?" Aaron asked him, putting his hands in his pockets and waiting for Foyet's hesitant acceptance.

We spoke to him for a few minutes and he couldn't give us much. However, he did give us all of his other addresses and some recollection of his attack. When we got back to the precinct, it was late and he sighed, ordering,

"It's late. We're all tired. Let's head to the hotel, get some rest, and start fresh in the morning." Everyone agreed and we all headed to the hotel, quietly. Aaron and I were driving together, his hand resting on my thigh, though his mind was on the case. When we got to the hotel, Aaron placed his jacket on the chair in the room and looked over the case, again.

"Aaron--"

"Baby, just give me a minute more to look at this case. Please." He replied, not looking up from the file and I sighed, kissing his temple. He looked up from the case file and pressed his lips to mine, firmly. His teeth grabbed onto my bottom lip and his fingers tangled into the hair on the nape of neck.

"Aaron~" I sighed, his lips going down to my neck and teeth scraping along the column of my throat.

"St-Sto-Ah!" I tried to protest, but he pulled my down onto his lap and rested his hands, firmly, on my waist.

"You always stand there so...fine. So poised. In this tight pencil skirt, that see through blouse that I could rip off. Heels...You're always so tempting. Look at me, we're on a case and I can barely keep my hands...off you." Aaron growled, his hands going up and down my thighs. His pupils were dilated and his breathing was heavy.

"Aaron, I'm going to take a shower. Calm yourself, look at your case files and don't make me make you sleep on the couch. It's cold and I want cuddles." I replied, giving him a direct order, but trying to keep it light and make things more professional. Sighing, he looked up at me and nodded, letting me go to the bathroom.

I locked the bathroom door and stepped into the shower, sighing as the water hit my skin. Not long after I got into the shower, I heard the hotel room phone ring and Aaron answered,

"Hotchner?" I tuned out the rest, but when Aaron began to knock on the bathroom door, I opened the door in a towel.

"Uh...The Reaper has some more victims. We've to go."

"Victims? Plural?'

"Yeah."

"Okay."

Stepping out of the bathroom, I dried off and began to dress.

"I-I'll...uh...Just wait outside."

"Aaron, this is not the first time you've seen me-"

"I'll be outside."

When we got to the crime scene, I noticed Aaron's behavior and went talk to Rossi about it. However, by the time I got over there, Aaron was talking to Rossi and he was almost in tears.

"It is my fault!"

"What? Now you wish you would've taken the deal? Here use mine." Rossi commented, trying to hand Aaron his gun and Aaron sighed, his emotions getting caught in his throat. Rossi looked at me and Aaron glanced over his shoulder, making me sigh.

"Those are Foyet's-"

"I know, Aaron...We'll get him." I interrupted, his eyes filling with tears and his arms wrapping around me, head burying in the crook of my neck. I sighed and wrapped my arms around him, lacing my fingers through his hair.

Time Skip to the Next Morning

Sitting in the conference room, I sighed and ran a hand through my hair, saying,

"We're missing something."

"I agree. This unsub is too focused on Foyet, he left him alive. Why?" Morgan asked.

"Foyet..." Reid mumbled, to himself and my eyes got wide.

"That's it! Foyet...He's our unsub." I concluded, standing up and grabbing his crime scene photos from the file.

"How can you be sure?" Aaron asked, looking up at me and I responded,

"Don't you remember what he said, 'Do you know how long it takes to stab someone 67 times?' He would know. He was a med student, not to mention he was a suspected pedophile."

Aaron took off and I couldn't stop him, but not to our surprise he made it look as though he were killed. We got him when he was hold a gun to Roy Colson  and we put him in prison.

Not long after...he got out...George Foyet, the Boston Reaper.
