The cold glare on Professor Mcgonagall's face was unbearable.

"Well..." she said with pursed lips, making Sirius and I shrink in shame.

Damn you Sirius, I suppose Detention for this is better than jail.

"Who in their right mind, would think a school greenhouse would be appropriate for your... activities," she asked struggling to find the right words.

"You see Minnie, it was a last minute decision, Anne here just couldn't wait any longer," Sirius casually explained making my jaw drop.

I cursed and glared at him before turning to professor Mcgonagall's questioning face, "apparently I just couldn't keep my hands off him professor."

Professor Mcgonagall raised a questioning eyebrow before answering, "hmmm... I see, well I'll have to report this to Headmaster Dumbledore, I shall be seeing you every night after dinner for detention, you are dismissed."

We nodded and stood up to rush out before Mcgonagall stopped me again, "Miss Potter?"

I turned and looked at her, "Maybe you should stick with your old taste in men. Mr. Lupin is a much better choice I must say."

I felt my face turn red and nodded embarrassed, "I must agree professor, trust me when I say, it WON'T happen ever again."

She nodded and waved a hand at me dismissing me again.

I walked out the door to see Sirius had waited for me.

"I must say..." he drawled out as we made our track towards the common room, "I'm slightly insulted that Minnie doesn't think I'm a good choice."

"Maybe she's just mad you cheated on her?" I offered jokingly.

Sirius pretended to look thoughtful, "I'll get her flowers and beg on my knees for forgiveness."

I looked thoughtfully and then said, "Not a big enough gesture, maybe pronouncing your love during breakfast to the whole hall."

"Much better idea!" Sirius noted sarcastically.

I snorted and continued walking when I felt a tingling in the back of my head and pinching in my temples.  My vision went spotty and I stopped and squeezed my eyes shut.

"Anne?" I heard Sirius call and I opened my eyes to see my vision had returned and he was looking at me with concern, "are you okay?"

"Yea... I must be stressing myself out or something, bad headache," I said unsure.

Sirius nodded and gestures to the gryffindor common room entrance, "well come on the guys are probably waiting."

I nodded and followed him in, when we entered the guys all stood up.

"Where have you guys been?" James exclaimed, "we thought you would have been back earlier than this."

Sirius rubbed the back of his neck and said, "funny story really, we were getting the mandrake leaves when professor sprout and madam Pomfrey walked in."

Peter squeaked nervously, "they saw you guys take the leaves?  Are you getting expelled, are WE getting expelled?"

Then a look of horror crossed his face, "We aren't going to azkaban are we?"

I groaned, "Shut UP Peter!"

"We just got detention, every night after dinner this week," I explained.

Remus raised an eyebrow, "How did you two manage to pull that off?"

Sirius answered casually, "Anne stuffed the leaves in my pants and we started making out instead."

All they guys jaws dropped and I felt my face turn blood red.

I growled at Sirius, "you. are. a. Prick."

He grinned cheekily, "that's not what you were saying two hours ago doll."

"We had to come up with a reason for being in the greenhouse and that was Sirius's brilliant idea," I explained to the boys.

James's eye twitched and Remus looked irritated, "so you thought it'd be a good idea to make out with my sister? Gross Sirius!"

"Hey keep your eyes on the prize mate, our end game is helping Remus here!" Sirius said in his defense patting a hand on Remus shoulder who muttered, "helping me my arse."

"What was it like?" Peter questioned, "kissing Sirius I mean."

I snorted, "I don't know Peter what do you think having his vile tongue in my mouth was like."

Remus stood up catching all of our attention, "are we gonna talk about Sirius and Anne kissing or are we gonna get down to business because I could be studying right now instead."

James furrowed his eyebrows, "chill Remus it's not like they actually like each other.  The kiss was just an act, right guys?"

"Right," Both Sirius and I chorus.

Remus seems satisfied with this answer and sits back down.

"So in other news," James started, "I think I finally figured out a way to win my Lilykins over."

We all groaned, "James, may we remind you of the Lily free zone rules during our meetings."

"Yes the rules regarding Lily are rules 7,58,77,89,102,155, and 170," James listed off.

We all looked at him dumbfounded and Sirius said, "you can remember the rules regarding Lily but you can't remember the constellations in Astronomy class?"

"Just because you're obsessed with Astronomy, doesn't mean we all are!" James retorted.

"Just because you're obsessed with Lily, doesn't mean we all are!" Sirius taunted back.

"He got you there James," Remus noted.

"Not that it isn't fun watching you insult each other, Remus would you like to go do that studying you were talking about?" I asked.

"Gladly," Remus said standing up and offering me a hand.

I took it and followed him up to the boys dormitory.

When we entered I sat on his bed as he pulled out the History of Magic textbook.

"So..." Remus started casually, "you and Sirius?"

I groaned, "don't you start now too Lupin."

He raises his hands up, "I'm just looking out for you.  Sirius may be my friend but as we all know, he's a notorious player, I just don't want to see you get hurt."

"Sirius is just my best friend and nothing more Remus, besides he's not exactly my type," I responded.

Remus snorted, "you barely acknowledge the herds of boys throwing themselves at you so pray tell, what is your type?"

I thought for a moment and responded cheekily, "the nerdy, sandy haired, scarred up, book worm, werewolf type."

I turned to look at Remus face to see him staring at his History of Magic textbook with blood red cheeks.

"So umm..." he coughed uncomfortably, "maybe we should start on Charms instead."

Did he just friendzone me?
