Olivia was with her husband. Tall and slender in that way that a young man who has just started his first job can be. They were in a supermarket shopping for baby items. She had just selected a beautiful three legged pram and a golden painted crib that had left her cheeks rosy and pink.

"I'm crossing my fingers it's a son," the dad said, his demeanor dripping with urgency. There was a football game he was looking forward too later in the day.

"It will definitely be a boy," Olivia willed herself to please him without realizing that a child's gender was a matter not in her control.

They held hands. Their fingers intertwined. Everything around her feeling new and brand new. Even the air smelt better and the people were more courteous.

"We should name him after your dad," Olivia continued even though she loved her dad to death and she would have wanted nothing less than to honor him.

"No my dead is a deadbeat, I haven't a clue who he is. Let's name him after me. Larry, Larry Junior."

She smiled a full smile and leaned on him as they got out of the supermarket and headed to his car. A white Subaru Imprezza. Larry had gotten it on loan after he got his first job and he was still paying for it. He got out his keys and thumbed the alarm from a distance and it made a sound opening the doors.

Larry got on the drivers seat while Olivia got on the passenger side. He waited for her to close the door before turning on the engine. It roared with a jarring sound. The wheels had not turned five feet when he slumped on the breaks. In front of him was Olivia's doctor looking at them with cold eyes.

Olivia screamed. Her voice came out horse and tired. She was awake in her bedroom in their mansion.
