The doctor was a tall thinning man in his early sixties with a thinning moustache and a french accent but surprisingly fluent English. He inspected Diana like he always did most of his clients. The question in his mind always. 'Why the youth were always the ones trying to look younger?'
"What is a youthful girl like you doing here?" She asked with one raised brow making him resemble a cartoon.
Diana peeped his ring finger and was almost disappointed after she saw it gleaming with a golden ring. She picked the photo on the doctors desk and inspected it. "Is this your wife, she's gorgeous," she chirped, her voice two octaves lower.
That question was meant to do one thing. Tell Diana if the old doctor was married.
"Thats my daughter. This is my wife." The doctor pulled a photo of an old woman. "We will be celebrating our forty year anniversary next month."
"Oh congratulations, seems you married well." Diana said with a lump on his throat," she paused then continued. "I want to look younger doctor, like your daughter over here," she picked up the photo again.
"Feeling young is all in your soul child, unfortunately there's no plastic surgery for that."
Diana was not taken aback even for a second she was so deep in her lifestyle that good reason flew over her head.
"I want my face to look younger doctor, ten years younger."
" How old are you"
"Twenty five."
"So you want to look underage?"
"Exactly."
The good doctor furrowed his brow and got up from his chair. He wore his gloves and started examining Diana's face. Drawing lines on specific areas.
"This might completely alter how you look and beauty they say is in the eye of the beholder are you sure you still want to go on with it?"
"Will it make me look like your daughter over here?" She said eyeballing the image.
"Well, my daughter is nineteen."
"Will it make me look like her younger sister?"
"You might end up looking like her child."
"That's all I want doctor."
The doctor laughed and she giggled. They scheduled an appointment for later in the week. Diana got up feeling pumped. 'He will be dying to be with me after this,' she convinced herself not knowing that it was her age and not her looks that repulsed her degenerate sponsor.
