The day was Saturday... Me and Joshua has been texting non- stop. So I thought that a was good sign.'I was cooking chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy and corn today. My mom was coming over today. I haven't really her as much I should so ya.
I sat down with my mom and filled her in on everything that has happened. "Wow". She said. "I'm surprised you didn't go off". She continued. "I know right but I'm glad I've matured". I told her.
Mom mom excused herself to go to the bathroom. I heard my phone. It was a text from Joshua. It said "meet me at 619 Alexis Dr". I laughed a bit because he sounded kinda funny. "So who's the guy"? My mom asked. Dealing with my past I was never really happy. So I decided to tell my mom hopefully I don't end up looking like a fool.
So I later met with Joshua. It was just 8:00. It still was a bit dark tho. He was sitting in his car. I thought it was kind of weird. So I got out and got in his truck... I mean I guess that's what he wanted me to do.
Then he started to drive... I then realized where I was. The gate to his house began to open. He then grabbed my hand and we walked in together. Honestly I was nervous..... I didn't know what was going on all i seen was rose pedals everywhere.... I was in shocked.. so he guided me into the kitchen.
He had a basket full of candy. He hand a lot of my favorite chips... the fruit was covered in chocolate. Then we went into his room... my favorite movie was playing. I offered him some fruit but he declined I sat down and seen letters "will you be my girlfriend"? When I turned around I seen him shirtless. He was tall, handsome, muscular.. that night I knew for sure I was in love.
