*Nathan's p.o.v*
I was still on the phone with Tom as Ellie's head dropped onto my chest, wrapped my arms around her.
'It's all my fault.' She mumbled over and over.
'Hey, no it's not.' I tried to comfort her.
'Tom come over and we'll make a plan.' I said to Tom before hanging up.
Ellie was still wrapped in my arms by the time Tom and Kelsey got to the house. Everyone was really worried.
Tom, Kelsey and I all started talking about how we would find Lil.
'We don't even know who took her.' Tom sighed.
The room filled with silence for a while as we all thought.
'Dad.' Ellie then said quietly but loud enough to hear.
'Dad wouldn't do something like that.' Tom shrugged.
'Yes he would.' El argued.
'No he wouldn't.' Tom retorted.
'How do you know Tom, you weren't there, you left, you weren't the one beaten and abused by him were you, no you weren't and you are not the one who has been threatened by him through text, so don't say you know because you don't you never did!' Ellie spat starting to cry.
Tom stayed silent.
'He abused you and has been threatening you, why the hell didn't you tell me any of this, we might have been able to prevent him from getting her in the first place!' I exclaimed.
I didn't mean to yell at her but I was annoyed, why didn't she tell me?
‘Come on Tom let’s go get Lillie back.’ I said standing up walking to the door sliding Ellie’s phone into my back pocket.
Tom followed me out to the car, hopefully my plan would work.
*Ellie's p.o.v*
Nathan was right, if I had told him, we could have prevented it. But I didn't, I didn't tell him and now our little girl has been taken. God I am so stupid sometimes, why didn't i just tell him?! He has every right to be annoyed with me, I'm annoyed at myself!
I just hope my little girl is okay.
