Ryan's pov:

"Do you have everything?", I asked Brendon who was still packing a few shirts into his bag.

"Yes", he said, taking the big bag, and laying it down next to me.

"Great", I said, kissing his cheek.

"Ryan, I'm nervous", my boyfriend said, nervously scratching the back of his neck.

"Don't be, my parents are going to love you, don't worry", I said, smiling at him.

"Do I look good?", he asked, "will I make a good impression?"

"You look perfect, you're the most gorgeous human being on this entire planet", I said, my thumb grazing over his cheek.

"Thanks, I'm lucky to have you", he said, giving me a small, soft peck on my lips.

"Yes you are", I said, smirking, causing him to chuckle.

"I think we have to go now, I don't wanna be late", he said, already taking the bag to put it on it our car.

It was silently snowing outside, releasing a feeling of joy and happiness in myself. I was nervous, extremely nervous to be honest. Today my parents will finally meet Brendon, the man I chose to love. Let's hope everything will go well...

"Are you coming?", Brendon asked, already sitting in the car.

I nod and sat down next to him, closing the door. Christmas music was silently playing in the distance, calming both of us down.

Brendon started to drive out of the driveway and we made our way to my parents house.

"Its beginning to look a lot like Christmas! Toys in every stores!", Brendon and I sang loudly in the car, giggling and laughing.

The snow got heavier and heavier every seconds passes and after a few minutes the whole streets were covered in a thick layer of white, glistening snow.

"Do you think we'll get to my parents if it continues to snow like that?", I asked, pressing my lips together.

"Lets hope so", he said, "but I won't be so sure about that."

"You have such luck", I chuckled.

"Why?", Brendon asked, a small smile on his face.

"You're relieved that you don't have to meet my parents yet", I said, rolling my eyes.

"Maybe just a little bit", Brendon said, "but hey! Maybe that's destiny, maybe we shouldn't meet yet! This doesn't happen without a reason, babe!"

"You're just too scared to meet my parents! I just want to hear you admitting it, that's it", I said, waiting for brendons response, but he just sighed and pressed his lips together.

"Say it."

Brendon sighed again, looking in front of the street.

"Say it."

He kept his look straight ahead, but a small smile appeared on his face.

"God damn it, Brendon, just say it!"

"Ok! Ok! I am a little bit scared and nervous to meet your parents and yes I am relieved that we won't drive there today! You're happy now!?", Brendon said, gesticulating while he talked.

"Yes, totally happy", I said, laughing loudly, earning a nudge in my side from Brendon.

"Hey, what was that for?", I asked, turning my head to him.

"For laughing", he said.

"You're such a kid", I chuckled.

"I know that I am, that's not a secret you know?", he said, smirking at me.

Now the streets were so full, we couldn't even drive a meter forward.

"I think we're stuck here for now", I sighed, leaning back, "I would rather sit by the chimney with hot chocolate at my parents house than being stuck in a snow storm."

"Yeah, maybe that would be a bit more comfortable", Brendon said, "but hey, at least we have us."

"A cup of hot chocolate also wouldn't hurt", I mumbled.

Brendon turned the Christmas music on again, not saying anything. He unbuckled his belt (the one you unbuckle when you're sitting in a vehicle, not the belt on the trousers, don't get wrong thoughts:)
And pulled a cosy winter blanket out, which laid on the backseat, and laid it over both of us.

"What are you doing?", I asked, narrowing my eyes at his actions.

"I know that maybe this isn't what you were expecting on Christmas", he said, "but I think we have a few cookies here, good music and the man I love is sitting right next to me, actually I couldn't imagine it being better. And, we have a beautiful location surrounding us."

He smiled and gave me a soft kiss on my lips, smiling against them.
I didn't hesitate to kiss back.

So we sat here, making out in our car in the middle of a snow storm.

He'll meet my parents later... maybe just not on Christmas:)
