Battle of Teth

We were on our way down to Teth and Obi-Wan's hologram was in front of us as he communicates with us.

"All right, Anakin, here's the story. Jabba has given us only one planetary rotation to get his son back home to Tatooine safe and sound." Obi-Wan says.

"Won't take us that long, Master." Anakin assures him.

"Well, take extreme care We have no idea who's holding Jabba's son. When I've finished negotiations with him, I will join you." Obi-Wan replies.

We were getting closer to Teth's surface now, Anakin, Ahsoka and I were wearing our hooded cloaks with the hoods over our heads.

"Stay close to me, if you can." Anakin challenges Ahsoka.

"It won't be a problem, Master." she replies.

"This isn't practice Ahsoka." he says sternly.

"I know and I'll try not to get you killed." she replies before smiling at him and he smiles back at her before the ship shakes. I balance as we grip the handles to keep from falling over when an explosion sounded beside us.

"Sir, we're taking heavy fire!" the pilot calls back to us.

"Close the blast shields, Lieutenant!" Anakin orders.

"Get us under those guns!" I agree.

"Yes sirs!" he says before the blast shields close.

"Here we go." I hear Ahsoka mutter as the red lights come on and I crack my neck, before pulling my helmet on.

"Ridge, your com's gone static!" a Clone alerts and Ridge hits his helmet a little.

"Got it!" he says.

"Red light, stand by." a Clone says and I grip my light saber handles tightly.

"Welcome to paradise rock jumpers." The pilot says as we land. The lights turn green as the blast shields open.

"Green light, go, go!" a Clone orders as Anakin and I leap out with the Clones, activating our light sabers. We get to the mountain and press out backs against the stone.

"So this is where the fun begins." Ahsoka says to us.

"Race you to the top." Anakin and I challenge with a smirk.

"I've give you two a head start." she says.

"Your mistake!" he says before we run ahead a bit.

"Ascension cables!" Rex orders before the Clones fire the cables and Anakin and I jump up, grabbing the vines and running up.

"I'm right behind you Master." Ahsoka calls up to us as we continue going up. We block droid fire as we go up, Anakin sliced a super battle droid that was falling toward him in half. We hear her yell out and we turn to see her and a Walker in trouble! Anakin and I begin running down to help her. We block droid fire as we run, we land on the Walker and run before leaping onto the droids' battle speeders. I knock my droid off and Anakin knocks two more off theirs before we begin going up. We look back down at Ahsoka and smile.

"Gotta keep up!" Anakin calls down to her as we smile before looking up again.

"Hey, no fair!" Ahsoka yells. We blast the droids as we fly up and I see Anakin bring his comlink to his mouth.

"Rex, Cruiser, follow us!" he commlinks.

"Yes, sir!" Rex and Cruiser reply. Anakin and I reach the top before we leap off the speeders, landing in a crouched position, eyes closed and deactivated light sabers in hand.
