I hesitantly slid my finger across my phone screen. Unlocking it to talk to the person on the other side of the line.
“EMMA GRACE EVANS! WHERE THE HELL DID YOU GO?”
A very pissed Ally was on the other end of the phone.
“What are you talking about?” I played dumb.
“DON’T YOU DARE PLAY DUMB WITH ME EMMA GRACE EVANS! FIRST, YOU LEFT ME STRANDED AT THE CAFE WITH YOUR BOOKS. WHICH THANK GOD I DID NOT GET EATEN BY WOLVES COMING HOME. YES, I MADE IT HOME NO THANKS TO YOUR HELP! AND THEN I CALLED JAYDEN, AND HE TOLD ME YOU LEFT HIM! AND HE DIDN’T KNOW WHERE YOU WENT! SO I CALLED YOU TWICE! TWICE! I WAS FLIPPING OUT EMMA! THOUGH YOU GOT RAN OVER BY A CAR OR WORSE KIDNAPPED!”
I let Ally full out yell her feelings out, at me. Looked like she needed it, looking at how much minutes it took to say what she just said. I just silently laughed at her on the other side of the line.
“Ally” I started cautiously, sobering my laugh up. “I told you before time that I wasn’t walking home with you”
“I thought you were joking!” she screamed at me.
“So you never take me serious?” I said, with fake hurt in my voice.
She sighed. “EMMA GRACE EVANS! DO NOT CHANGE OUR CONVERSATION SUBJECT!”
“I was not!” I argued.
“So then what did happen, after you left with Jayden?” I could almost hear the smile on the other side of the phone.
So she thought what she did to me was funny, eh?
“I made out with him” I faked a squeal.
“O-M-G! You did!” Ally squealed, happily.
Should I keep going? Sure, why not.
“Yeah! It was A-mazing! We were in the grass and just on top of each other. Of course there was no one around to stop us!” I said excited. In reality, I wanted to gag at the thought.
“I bet you were, miss hot shot!” Ally approved. “I AM SO PROUD OF YOU!”
“You would had thought” I laughed.
“Wha?” Ally said obviously confused.
“Your sick Ally. You know?” I said in a distaste tone.
“Okay” she dragged the word out. “So what did happen?”
