As usual, I had school, like any normal teenager. And that was a hate factor. I mean aside from reading almost the whole day, not listening to teachers, I pretty much was wasting my time, right?

“Emma!” Ally’s voice sung as she hugged me in the hallway.

“Hi, Ally” I smiled.

“So, how was your weekend?” She asked with a smile as we started walking the hallways to class.

“Good, you know me and just books” I said.

“Ugh, seriously Emma, you gotta start going out a little more!” she said putting her eyebrow up.

“Right” I say.

“Oh!! Isn't’ that the guy from the cafe shop?” she said pointing to a direction in the hall.

It was definitely him, alright. He was looking confused. Looking furiously around the hallway and at door numbers. A paper in his hands as he stared it everytime he was at a classroom door.

“So, I see” I say.

“It is him?! You should totally, talk to him!” Ally said excited.

Whoa. Why was Ally so hyper?

I cursed that we were still walking together through the hallways. And I cursed that Ally was my friend at this moment. Because the next thing that Ally did was, bump into my hip, sending me close enough to the boy.

He smiled as soon as he saw me. “You're that girl from the coffee shop?” he asked.

“Um, yeah. Your that boy I gave the free coffee to right?” I asked nervously.

“Yup” he smiled sheepishly.

“So, do you need help?” I motioned to the paper he was holding.

He laughed nervously, scratching his head, “If that isn’t a problem. Yeah, I kinda do. All these rooms look the same” he said handing me the paper.

It was his subjects and room numbers at what time / day. I skimmed the paper. My eyes widen when creative writing was placed in his schedule.

“You like creative writing?” I asked shocked.

“Yeah, why? You don’t?” he asked.

“No, I love creative writing. Pretty much any subject that has to do with stories” I laughed.

It was true. But, I was shocked because that class was so small. It was about twenty kids or so. Give or take people who resigned out of the class.

I looked at the classroom number he was suppose to be at right now. Figuring where in this big school the classroom was located.

“Up stairs to your right. Then two doors down” I smiled, handing him back the paper.

“Thanks” he smiled.

“Oh, I’m Ross, by the way” he said extending his hand.

“Emma” I gave a tight smile, shaking his hand.

Then the bell rang, the hallways clearing up.

“Well, gotta go” I say and leave walking to Ally who is waiting for me.

She’s gotta a smile. A smile that say: ‘Awww’.

“Shut up” I say walking past her and into our next class.

“I didn’t say anything” Ally teases right behind me.

The teacher still wasn’t hear for chemistry class. Which was normal. So I did what I could only: take out my next reading book.
