Emma sighed and looked over at Killian's empty seat in math class. She was caught up in all her classes. Emma had been taken regular classes with the rest of her classmates for a few weeks now.

A few classes later she had lunch. She sat down at the table before everyone else got there.

"Hey," someone said, sitting down next to her.

She sighed and looked over at the person; Neal Cassidy. Neal had dated Emma a while before Killian.

"I'm not really in the mood today," she warned him. Ever since she started dating Killian he had been dropping hints that she made the "wrong" choice.

"I didn't even say anything," Neal said, putting his hands up defensively. "It's really just a shame that Killian is missing."

"Yeah, like you truly believe that," Emma rolled her eyes.

"I do... Honest," he insisted. "It's just maybe now that he's gone…"

"It's been less than a week, Neal! Maybe if you planned your stupid plot out better I'd be even slightly attracted to you. I'm not," Emma told him. "You should probably leave now."

"But-"

"Now."

"Fine," he said, getting up slowly and walking away.

"Finally," she mumbled under her breath. Ruby sat down next to her and rolled her eyes.

"Ew. What was he doing here?" She asked.

"Same as always," Emma told her. "I don't really want to talk about it."

"Okay," she shrugged. "Anyways... What do you want to talk about?"

"Um... Not much," Emma said.

"Graduation is soon," Ruby pointed out.

"Yeah..." Emma said.

"What's the matter?" Ruby asked. "You're acting weird."

"What's the matter? Seriously? The matter is Killian is gone and who knows what's happening to him. What's wrong is he's gone and it's my fault and everyone else wants to pretend nothing even happened!"l

"Call her."

"What?" Killian asked.

"Call her," the man repeated.

"Why?" Killian asked again. He obviously knew who 'her' was, but he didn't want to put Emma in danger.

"Just do it! We don't care about you, this plan needs her."

"I'm not putting Emma in danger," Killian protested.

"Come on, unlock the phone," the man demanded, picking up Killian's phone from off the floor.

"No," Killian shook his head.

"Okay," the man nodded, holding the phone up to Killian's face. The phone unlocked.

"Oh, I love modern technology," the man laughed madly, tapping on the phone. "Oh look, it's ringing."

"Killian?" Emma's voice came from the phone.

"Emma, hang up!" Killian told her.

"What's going on? Where are you? Are you okay?" She asked. "David come here!"

"Killian? Where are you?" David asked.

"Oh, David, I found Killian. It looks like there's no one here. I'm at the old warehouse by the docks," the man said.

"Well done, Jefferson. I'm on my way," David said.

"Okay," Jefferson said quickly, hanging up.
