Michelle's POV:

BEEP BEEP BEEP!!!

"Ugh!!!" I screeched as I grabbed my alarm clock and threw it across the room. I hate Monday mornings especially now that I've started senior year. I get out of my bed and grab my phone to check my notifications. 765!!!! Woah!! All from #SQUAD. I opened my text messages.

How long do you guys stay awake!!! I have freakin' 765 notifications!  I send. There are 7 of us on this group chat but still. Few seconds later and I hear a 'PING!'

Well unlike you, we have stuff to talk about! My best friend Sophia sent.  Another 'ping' and my other best friend Jia sends a text.

Stop fighting and get ready it's almost time for school. Meet u guys at our spot!

Seriously Michelle, you need to catch up already. We talked about so much stuff. Maybe instead of stuffing your head in a book at lunch, check the chat! Chandelle sent. I rolled my eyes.

Fine! I typed back. The rest of them just sent laughing emojis. I sighed. What would I do without these guys.

I sigh as I put down my phone and go to get ready and change. I take a quick shower and change into my favorite blue sweatshirt and black jeans. I quickly comb my hair and run downstairs. There my brother stands by the table eating an apple. He loves his  nutrition because he is on the football team and is also the next Alpha in line. Once my dad backs down, he will take the position. I on the other hand can't stand fruits and like my junk food way better. I walk into the kitchen and go straight to my junk cabinet and  grab a big pack of chips. My brother stares at me and mumbles to himself.

"Where the hell does all that junk food go?!" Due to my wolf hearing, I hear him and smack him on the arm.

"You have no right to say that Felix! Unlike you, the goddess gave me a gift of never getting fat. If you have a problem then talk to her about it." I laugh as my brother looks at me innocently.

"Wow, you're feisty today. Is it that time of the month?" he says waggling his eyebrows.

"Shut up!" I say as I glare at him. "Now let's get to school, the Squad is waiting for me."

He rolls his eyes as we walk out the door. We get into his blue Mercedes and drive to his girlfriend Evelyn's house. I really hate that girl but my brother has to play nice due to the fact that her dad is the Beta of our pack.  Our parents really hope they'll be mates but I doubt it. The Midnight pack needs a sweet, gentle, kind and strong Luna, not a slutty whore like her. As we approach her house, I stay stiff in the passenger seat, not moving a bit. Evelyn walks out in her slutty outfit and gives me a glare. She put on a false smile.

"Hey Felix darling, tell your sister to go to the back seat so I can sit with my mate." She points at Felix and then at me. Felix growls lowly but because he has to play all nice, he gives me a pleading look and I sigh and move to the back seat. As we get near the school, I ask Felix to drop me off a little farther away from school . He looks at me and sighs, ignoring the constant chatter from Evelyn. I look out the window and see Jia and Sophia waiting for me at our meeting spot. I get out and wave at Felix as I walk over to them. I give them quick hugs an we start walking towards school. We go to an all wolves school. It's disguised as a prestigious school, so no humans can ever get admitted. The thing is, Jia, Soph and I have been friends forever. We met the rest of the squad in grade 8 and got attached right away. Although we were all great friends, they knew that Soph, Jia and I had a special relationship and no one got jealous. It was just a fact.

"Guess your brother still hasn't gotten rid of that slut." Jia says as we walk.

"You know he can't, I just hope she isn't his mate or else my life will be a living hell." I explain how much I hate the act that she puts on around my parents and that only my brother and I know her real, slutty self.

"I'll pray for him but if she has her eyes set on him then she'll get him no matter what. Unless we pull out her eyes... Right Soph?" Jia says, but I'm not entirely sure if it was meant to be a joke or not.

Sophia starts laughing her head off and after she settles down they both start making plans on how they could gouge her eyes out. I watch my best friends and smile at how lucky I am to have them as my besties. I met both of them when I was 5. We met when I was visiting the pack house. They were both on opposite sides of the room, Jia talking really loudly with some younger girls who were cowering at her voice and Sophia sitting in a chair, drawing. As soon as I walked in though, both of them looked up and saw me. Jia ran up to me first and Soph followed behind slowly. They introduced themselves and right then I knew that we would just click. It was the best day of my life and we have been stuck together like glue ever since.  As we walked into the school, Scarlet, my arch nemesis and Evelyn' best friend looks at me with an icy glare. They're all gathered around my brother and the other jocks from the pack.  The jocks look my friends up and down, smirking and hooting as we walk by. I put my hood up blocking myself from view. Even though I'm the Alpha's daughter, I don't really like to put myself out there so I try to keep invisible. My brother glares at his pack mates and they all shut up in less then a millisecond. Evelyn, however struts over and looks me up and down.

"Is the princess that scared to show her face?" she says in a baby voice.  Before I can retort back, Jia spills her coffee 'accidentally' on Evelyn, soaking her and her new dress.

"Oops! I am soooo sorry," Jia says "I'm super clumsy, I hope that doesn't stain." Jia looks at Evelyn in fake horror. Soph and I try to hide our laughs behind coughs.  Evelyn just glares and stalks off to her locker, where I'm sure she has another slutty outfit to wear, Scarlet trailing behind her. I look at Felix and he smirks knowingly. I link arms with my friends and we walk off to meet our other friends. They're all gathered around our lockers, and we instantly start chattering, talking about our classes and the stunt Jia just pulled on Evelyn. My life was good, and I prayed to the moon goddess that it would stay this way.
