Mates with the Enemy

CHAPTER TWO

Michelle's POV:

First and second period drag on forever and I'm happy when the bell to end second period rings. I hop out of my seat and walk out to my locker where Jia and Soph are waiting for me. We grab our stuff and head on over to our table where the rest of our squad meet us. There's Koral, Sim, Sandra, Chandelle and Sabrina. Felix and his buddies sit at the table beside ours with Sean, Soph's brother. Along with them are Dean, Xander, Chris, Jacob and Alex.  Evelyn and Scarlet walk up to their table and pushing to make space, which resulted in Alex falling on the ground and off the table. He growled but because he couldn't say anything to the Beta's daughter he pushed Xander over to sit down. They fought playfully over the seat and I laughed. 

"I effing hate that b*tch!" Alex muttered to Xander. It was loud enough for me to hear. I rolled my eyes. Who wouldn't hate her. As Evelyn began her annoying habit of cooing random mumbo jumbo to Felix,  I was planning revenge to seriously get her out of the pack. I ignored her and turned towards my group. 

We all began chatting. Sabrina, Sandra and Soph all had Art class next block, so they began talking about their teacher and the new assignment they were gonna begin. Chandelle and Jia were talking about the latest fashions, and making plans to go to new mall that had just opened up. Sim turned towards Koral and began teasing  her about her crush.  Koral rolled her eyes but laughed at Sim's imitation of him. I sighed, looking at my friends. I seriously don't know what I would have done without them. They were my whole life and I doubt I would be where I was without them. I was one lucky girl. I joined in Sim, helping her imitate the guys on Felix's table. We all laughed at our idiotic imitations.

The bell rings and last block is finally over. I stuff my belongs into my bag and hurry out the door to meet my squad. We all gather around and talk for a bit. Then we say our goodbyes as Soph and Jia come with me. Soph and Jia are coming over today for a sleepover or you could call it a study over because  we all need to study for our upcoming exams. Our Science teacher wants to do a 'review' exam on what we have learned. Personally I think its to see that we remember stuff from before winter break. Jia being Jia threw all our study notes from before winter break thinking we were done with that "old pervert". When Mr. Kraft told us about our exams, Jia cursed him out loud and threw her pencil at him. Mr.Kraft however, knowing Jia's wrath, didn't bother giving her detention. I guess he learned from last time that he would be the one suffering not her.

Being the smart girls, we were also taking some grade 12 classes even if we were in grade 11. Felix, being dumb at math, ran up to us with Sean as we walked out of school.

"Hey Elle," he said as he swung his arm around me. I looked at him suspiciously. He usually acted this sweet when he wanted something.

"I'll give you guys a ride home, if you want."

"Why?" I inquired

Soph spoke up before either of them could reply. "They probably need our help in their subjects cause I heard they're failing. If they don't get their grades up, they'll be kicked off the football team. Am I right Sean?" She looked at her brother and smirked, raising her eyebrows.

"Aah, poor babies. Does Felie and Seanie need help with their homework..." Jia said, mockingly. I laughed as my brother and his best friend looked around sheepishly, their cheeks tinted a light pink.

"They're blushing!!! Aah. Embarrassed on asking your younger sisters for help are you?" I jabbed him in the ribs lightly. Felix glared at me.

"Well if you don't want a ride then go ahead, walk in the rain." I looked outside and it was pouring.

"WAIT!" I exclaimed as they started to walk away. "We'll help you but with a price. You have to take us to the Blue Moon Amusement Park." Felix looked at me with shock. The Blue Moon Amusement Park is the best amusement park around. The only problem is that it is right beside the Blue Moon Pack territory and that pack is our number 1 enemy. We've been fighting for the land between both of our territories for ages.

"Look don't look at us with that shocked expression. We want to see it because its the best, plus we know how to fight if anything goes wrong. We are not as weak as you think and you guys will be with us." Jia said trying to convince them.

"Jia you are the daughter of our best pack warrior so you, I can believe will be fine but not my sister and Elle. They have been sheltered their whole life." While Sean said that Soph went up to him and hit him on the shoulder

"Its not our fault. You two have protected us all the time even when you shouldn't have." Soph said angrily. They started to argue but Felix butted in.

"I believe that they should get a chance to see the park. I know that it's dangerous but we'll be there with them and we'll take our other friends too. The more we have the safer we'll be." I hugged Felix.

" I know you guys love each other but can we please get a ride because I am soaking wet, and I can't stand the lovey dovey mood in here." Jia said, grinning widely.

"What the HELL Jia! He's my effing brother!" I said. I ran to her and knocked her down, soaking her even more in the process but she wouldn't stop laughing.  After a while, when she finally calmed down, we got into Felix's car and drove to my house talking about all the fun stuff we would do at the amusement park.
