Chapter 15 - Love Me A Good Fake Date!

Cameron's pov

Well, today I have to ask Olivia out on a date; well a fake date but she doesn't know that. I have to make it look like I have moved on from Maya. Olivia needs to know I am falling in love with her, then after a couple weeks, I have to start getting back with Maya. This will work and hopefully Olivia learns her lesson and stops talking to me.

C: 'Hey Olivia, do you wanna hang out with me today? Xxx'

I sent Olivia a message. I hope she reads it and messages me back about it. I put my phone on my bed and went for a shower. I grabbed my towel and went in to my shower room. I turned on the water and started washing myself. I can't stop thinking about Maya. I can't stand the thought of staying away from her, let alone actually doing it. But we have to settle things. I just need to be careful around Olivia and watch what I say. I can't tell her anything about this. I came out of the shower and put my clothes on. I got my phone and checked to see if Olivia has messaged me back and she has.

O: 'Hey, urm, I would love to hang out with you but what about Maya? Xx'

C: 'Great, I will pick you up at 11am. And what about Maya? Xxx'

O: 'Yeah, 11am is fine with me! I am just asking, I thought you both would get back together by now! Xx'

C: 'Great! No, me and Maya are never getting back together, I am tired of her now and I want a change. We have been dating for about 4 to 5 years! Xxx

O: 'Oh, well, if it didn't work out, it doesn't even matter. Maya will get over it. In the meantime, you have me, which is good right? Xxx'

C: 'You are such a great girl, you give such good advice, that is why I love you. Can we just have fun today? Xx'

O: 'Thank you so much! Yeah, we will have so much fun today. But don't tell Maya we are hanging out today, I will tell her later! Xx'

C: 'I won't say anything to her, I promise you! Xx'

O: 'Cool, thanks. So, what are we going to do today? Xxxxxxxx'

C: 'I was thinking we grab lunch and maybe watch a film xxx'

O: 'That sounds great! Xxx'

C: 'Wicked! Xx'

O: 'See you in a little while xxx'

C: 'Yup, see you soon beautiful xxx'

Well, that worked. I thought it wouldn't work but it clearly did. Well, I am not looking forward to spending the day with Olivia, but I am helpless. I have to spend time with her and follow the plan. I got dressed and I decided to leave early; it's only 10:30am, which means I am going to go and pick Olivia up early and maybe see Maya. I am messaging Maya to tell her that I am coming over. Maya is also not liking this plan but she is also going along with it to get everything set in place.

C: 'Hey baby, are you awake? Xx'

M: 'Hey darling, yes, I am awake! Xxx'

C: 'Good, I am coming over now! Xxx'

M: 'Why? Xx'

C: 'Have you forgotten? I have to start hanging out with Olivia! Xxx'

M: 'Oh yeah, I forgot! Xxx'

C: 'I don't want to do this though! Xx'

M: 'Babe, in order to teach Olivia a lesson, we have to do things we don't want to do! Xxx'
