Chapter 17 - What A Great Day!

Maya's pov

I should have just told Olivia to just go home. If I had told her that, then Cameron would not even have to hang out with her, and me and Cameron wouldn't have to pretend to break up with each other. I don't know how long I can keep doing this; I hope it all ends soon and Olivia comes to her senses very soon.

'Maya, are you ready to go? It's 4:30pm and there will be traffic, so it will take time to go there!' Beth says.

'Yeah I know. I am just getting my shoes on, I won't be too long! But I can't get this other shoe on.' I moaned.

'Do they even fit you?' Ashleigh says.

'I have no idea! I don't think they even fit me to be honest.' I said.

'Well, throw them away and get a pair that actually fit you!' Beth says.

'Ohhh, I see what the problem is.' I said.

'What?' Sophie said.

'These shoes are not even my size.' I said.

'Well, that explains why they don't fit you. Get another pair and hurry up, we need to leave now!' Sophie added.

'Okay, okay, I am hurrying!' I said. I got another pair of shoes and I put them on. I grabbed my bag and went downstairs.

'Are you ready now?' Beth says.

'Yeah, I am ready now!' Ashleigh says.

'Josh, I am going now. So, I will see you later. Tell mom I will eat out, so don't make my dinner.' I said.

'Okay, have fun and stay safe Maya!' Josh says.

'Thanks bro. See you later.' I said. Me and my friends walked out of the house and went to sit in Ashleigh's car. The boys are in Jordan's car. We followed Jordan.

'So, what do you think about Olivia and Cameron have done after lunch, Maya?' Sophie asked.

'After lunch, they actually went to an art museum for an hour and then they went shopping for a while, now they are going to meet us at the amusement park.' I replied.

'Oh, well, are you going to be okay with not talking to cameron? I mean, Olivia thinks you guys have broken up, so you guys can't even talk to each other.' Beth says.

'Obviously I am upset but not being able to talk to him tonight but might be able to sneak out for 5 minutes to talk to each other without Olivia knowing.' I said.

'Well, you both are meant to be together and you guys can go to any length to save your relationship.' Sophie says.

'You guys are so cute together.' Ashleigh says.

'Well, you guys know what we are like. We are not letting Olivia win this.' I said.

'Don't loose hope Maya. Don't forget that we are all in this together.' Sophie says.

Us girls sat in silence. The radio was on and Fifth Harmony Sledgehammer is playing and us girls are nodding our heads to the tune. I can't get any of this out of my head; I kept thinking about Olivia and Cameron. I can't believe Cameron has to date ad be a couple with Olivia, the thought of it scares me. I want it all to end now and tell Olivia the whole truth.

'Maya, we have reached the amusement park. Wake up.' Ashleigh says.

'Did I fall asleep?' I say.

'Yeah, you did fall asleep! Cameron and Olivia are here too! He was asking for you!' Beth said.

'Was he? Can't wait to see him but I will have to control myself though.' I said.

'Yeah, we will be there with you if you do get out of control.' Sophie laughed.
