"What were you doing there?" My mother asked as we exited the fireplace at the Malfoy Manor. As I stepped out under the fireplace I had to quickly come up with a lie.
"I saw Potter and his friends leaving the castle and I wanted to see why." I lied looking up at the woman who had just killed the only real family I had.
"I'm so happy to see you. We're going to do marvelous things." She cheered wrapping her arms around me and hugging me like an excited teenage girl.
"I am too, but I have to get back to school." I frowned pulling away.
"No you do not!" She screeched pulling me back to her.
"You are done till next year, you can go back when Draco does." She laughed squeezing me.
"Bella, let her go before you kill the poor girl." The familiar voice of Lucius Malfoy sighed entering the room. My mother reluctantly let me go.
"Don't you have school?" Lucius asked distastefully.
"I left early, Dumbledore is back and power and I couldn't stand to see Potters face." I stated rolling my eyes in annoyance.
"You had two more days left, Well we can wait till Draco arrives to go over our plans." Lucius grumbled walking out of the room.
"Let me hear this famous voice of yours." My mother cheered jumping up and down like an excited school girl. She dragged me all the way up to my room and looked around.
"Why is your room so, muggle themed?" She asked in disgust looking at my room. This caught my off guard. I walked to my bed and jumped on it, landing on my butt.
"Muggles may be worthless creatures, but very few things they use are interesting. Other then that the whole lot of them could die and I wouldn't even care." I shrugged.
"Right you are, my child. Now sing." She commanded smiling at me with her crooked teeth. I closed my eyes and sat on the bed as my mother sat on the floor.
Wise men say only fools rush in
But I can't help falling in love with you
Shall I stay?
Would it be a sin
If I can't help falling in love with you?
I could feel the blue light illuminating from the palms of my hands. I opened my eyes to see it had grown even more dark. Something was seriously wrong with my magic. I wouldn't let my mother know this. Possibly Dumbledore could help me out. Or even Snape.Like a river flows surely to the sea
Darling so it goes
Some things are meant to be
Take my hand, take my whole life too
For I can't help falling in love with you
Like a river flows surely to the sea
Darling so it goes
Some things are meant to be
I began to move the light gently back and forth. I didn't need a lot of my magic right now so I wouldn't make the power bigger then it needs to be.Take my hand, take my whole life too
For I can't help falling in love with you
For I can't help falling in love with you
I began to think of the stars and the moon in the sky night. Preferably the view from the astronomy tower at Hogwarts. Especially the night that Sirius escaped the castle. After this, I would probably sit in my room all night and cry. At the last second, I threw the ball into the air. Allowing it to make contact with my ceiling. The ceiling immediately changed from its dull white to vibrant different colors of blues and whites. It was the late night sky."Even Dumbledore won't see this coming." My mother cackled rolling on the ground in excitement. I just wanted her to leave.
"I'm kinda tired, mother. I think I'm going to go to bed." I yawned.
"Don't lose your voice, we have big plans." She laughed before walking out of my room. As soon as she was gone I locked my door and grabbed a piece of parchment and decided to write to Dumbledore. I wrote to him asking about Sirius and everything that had happened that I knew about. I also told him that I needed to ask him and Snape something about my powers in the upcoming year. After that I sent the letter with an owl.
Two days had passed and I felt as if I was stuck. I was grieving the loss of Sirius. I hadn't heard any news about the whole situation. But I did know that my mother killed him and she would pay for it, someday. As for today I would stick to Sirius's plan and befriend the Death Eaters. I would destroy them from inside. Draco had arrived back at the Manor today.
"Where the bloody hell have you been!" He asked entering the main living room of the house.
"Draco-" I started but was cut off by him.
"No, you Just vanished! I didn't get a letter or anything you were just gone! Do you have any clue how many times I searched the castle for you?" He barked.
"I'm sorry but I really have something I need to tell you." I tried to say.
"Was it that important that you had to leave school early?" He hissed.
"I believe so." I spun around to see my mother leaning in the doorway. She wore the same unkept hair style as she had the day before and wore long black robes. I looked at Draco as he stared at her with shock.
"Draco, I'd like to introduce you to my mother. Bellatrix Lestrange." I introduced quietly.
"You can call me Auntie Bell." She cackled. Draco nodded his head still saying no words.
"Now, you two are requested in the dinning hall." She smiled before skipping away into the dinning room. I looked at Draco and then followed my mother. As we walked in I felt him grab my hand. When we entered the room there sat Lucius, Narcissa, my mother, and the Dark Lord at the head of the table.
"Ah, Isabella, Draco. So honored that you could make it." He greeted with a smile, a very threatening smile. I nodded my head and sat down besides Bellatrix, while Draco sat across from me besides his mom.
"Now, to business. Are you aware of what you are needed for?" He asked curiously. Draco and I both nodded our heads signaling 'no.'
"No? I was almost positive that your parents had informed you of your important roles." He stated suspiciously looking from my side of the room to Draco's. He glared at them before turning back to us with a creepy smile.
"Anyway, your goal is to help us destroy Hogwarts." He smirked evilly.
