That night I wore a dress with a purple sweetheart neckline that stopped at the waist the dress then turned into a black skirt that flowed out. The overall dress was covered in lace, However the top had a black ribbon with tiny black buttons leading down in the middle. My mother had brought me this dress, I didn't really like it. I'd rather wear something less revealing. I grabbed my black cloak and tied it around my neck. Hopping to cover at least some of my body up.
"Isabella." My mother cackled entering my room with a bright smile on her face. I turned to her just as I had finished my eyeliner.
"Time to go back to school." She laughed causing me to smirk. As I walked down the stairs, hundreds of Death Eaters stood around the room waiting for their leaders next order. I believed there to be more outside the Manor. I stood next to Draco and watched as Lord Voldemort finally appeared.
"My friends, the final battle had arrived. To Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry." Voldemort ordered. I grabbed Draco by the arm and apparated, while every other Death Eater flew. I followed my mother and Narcissa all the way until we came upon a ledge that overlooked the school. When I landed, Draco turned away from me and threw up his last meal. I grabbed his shoulders as a way to comfort him.
"You disgrace me." Lucius spat looking down at a sick Draco. Draco sat up and clutched his stomach. He squinted his eyes as if he were about to cry. After Draco straightened up and reassured me he was fine. We watched as hundreds of Death Eaters stood behind us watching the Dark Lord as he stared at the castle. My mother cheered besides him.
"They never learn. Such a pity." The Dark Lord laughed.
"My Lord, shouldn't we wait?" A nervous Death Eater asked stepping forwards. Once he saw that nobody agreed with him. He stepped back in line.
"Begin." Voldemort ordered. Every Death Eater pointed their wand into the sky and let a blue flair fly towards the school. I watched as a blue doom like shield reflected each stroke against the school. I watched as the Dark Lord stumbled a bit, something had happened to him.
"Isabella!" He ordered signaling for me to walk up to his side. I walked up and stood besides him.
"Use a small amount of your magic and tare this done." He growled. I held my wand up the same time as him and hummed a random melody. The Dark Lord screamed from besides me pointing his wand at the school. A large dark blue light ignited from the tips of our wands. I watched in shock as the shield began to shatter. The Dark Lord pulled back and looked at what we had done. The shield began to crack with red lights shinning as the crumbled.
"Don't go too far. I might need you." The Dark Lord ordered looking to me. I nodded my head and grabbed Draco's arm. The two of us apparated towards the castle. I watched below as giants and other creatures fought on the Death Eaters side. I watched as students, staff, and others ran for their lives as the school caught fire. My home for nearly seven years.
The two of us landed in the middle of the halls. He didn't throw up this time. Students ran all around us running for their lives. They screamed out. I wore my cloak over my head and wrapped it tightly around my body. So no one would be able to tell who I was as I walked with Draco.
"I'll be back, there's some stuff I need to do." I stated looking at Draco. He nodded his head and turned around. I watched as he grabbed two familiar students by their cloaks and spun them around. Blaise and Goyle, I turned around and began to walk quickly through the halls. I needed to find Snape, I was sure this would be the last battle. It was time to find out what my role was in this whole thing. I made my way all the way up to the Headmasters office. He sat in Dumbledore's former seat with his head in his hands.
