(Sorry I'm bad at descriptions but um I start at the post credit scene in Winter Soldier so you know yeah! Also...
Peter Parker POV: "Hey May." I said as I walked into the apartment, and placed my keys on the table. "How was school today?" Aunt May asked, I continued walking towards the kitchen and living room. "It's okay, there was this crazy car parked outside." I said before turning to see May and the one and only Tony Stark. There he was sitting on my couch, with a black eye, a smirk, and a cookie. I felt my mouth fall open, as I took the earbud from my ear. "Oh, Mr. Parker," Tony Stark said. He knows my name! Stay cool Peter stay cool. "Um, what-What are you doin- Hey." I stuttered our, mentally facepalming. "I'm Peter-" "Tony," He said. I almost screamed of excitement. "Wait what are you doing here?" I asked trying to catch my breath. I crossed my arms not knowing what to do with myself. "It's about time we met. Been getting my emails right?" He said. "Yeah." I said not knowing what he was talking about. "Right?" He said, slightly raising his eyebrows. "Yeah. Regarding the-" I said, not knowing where to go from there but being cut off by May. "You didnt tell me about the grant." She said. "The grant," I said trying my best to seem like I knew what was happening. "The September foundation." Mr. Stark said. "Right yeah," "Remember when you replied?" He said still looking at me eyebrows slightly raised. "Yeah-" "Well I approved." "Why didn't you tell me anything what's up with that, we're keeping secrets." May said sounding kind of hurt. "Well I just knew you liked surprises so I thought I would, let you know, anyway, what did I apply for?" I asked generally wanting to know. "That's why I'm here." Tony replied. "Okay ah, patch it up, okay," "It's so hard for me to believe that you're someone's aunt." Tony said to May. "Yeah well we come in all shapes and sizes, you know," May said with a light laugh. "This date loaf is exceptions-" I started to think about the whole situation, Tony Stark in my living room, a grant I know nothing about, an internship I never applied for, and once again Tony Stark eating date loaf on my couch. "Let me just stop you there," I began. Knowing I wanted to ask questions. "Yeah." Tony said turning to me. "Does this grant got money involved or whatever?" I asked, knowing full well that Tony Stark was one of the richest people in the world. "Yeah it's pretty well funded." Tony said with an unsure tone in his voice. I started rocking back and forth on my feet nervously, while fiddling with my hands. "Wow." I said simply not really knowing what to say. "Look who you're talking to." Tony said, I almost laughed, tony Stark in my living room! "Can I have five minutes with him?" Mr. Stark said turning to May, while pointing at me. "Sure." May said Turing to me and smiling to me. "O-oh okay um lets go to my room." I said raising my hand gesturing to the hallway where my room was. "Okay, lead the way." Mr. Stark said standing up and walking towards me. I began to walk down the hallway, still not knowing what was going on. I opened my door leading into my room and I walked in. Mr. Stark then closed the door and locked it behind him. He walked over to the tiny trash can and spit out the loaf still in his mouth. "As walnut date loads go, that wasn't bad." He said as he looked around my room. I felt embarrassed due to the slight mess on the floor. He turned and went to my desk looking at all the computer parts I had salvaged. "Oh what do we have here retro tech, drift store, Salvation Army?" He said touching them. "Uh, the garbage actually." I said. "Your a dumpster diver." "Yeah I was-" I said stuttering, "anyway look, I definitely did not apply for your grant-" "Nah uh!" He said cutting me off. "Me first. Quick question of the rhetorical variety," he said putting up a screen showing me in my Spider-Man suit swinging around, from one of the videos on YouTube. "That's you right?" "Oh no, what do you- what do you mean?" I said trying desperately not to make it obvious I leaned on the closet door. "Yeah, look at you go." It now should me stopping a car from hitting a bus. "Wow nice catch 3000 pounds 40 miles per hour, it's not easy." He said now turning the phone off. He now looked at me and began to walk toward me. "You got mad skills." "That- thats all on YouTube though right? I mean that's where you found it because you know that's all fake, it's all done on the computer?" I said avoiding eye contact, knowing I am a terrible liar. "It's like that video-" "Yeah Yeah Yeah, oh you mean like those UFOs over Phoenix?" He said while I looked at my desk. "Exactly-" I said before being cut off by the sound of my suit falling out of the ceiling in my closet. I quickly ran and grabbed it hoping he didn't see it. "Nope. Uhh that uhh," I let out a sigh, as I leaned again in my closet hiding the red and blue suit.

He walked towards me. "So your this spider-ling, crime fighting spider, your spider boy?" He said, I again felt embarrassed by the names given to me. "Spider-Man." I said finally giving up on hiding my secret, seeing as it was obvious he already knew. "Not in that onesie your your not." "It's not a onesie." I said walking to my desk. "I can't believe this I was actually having a really good day today you know Mr. Stark? Didn't miss the train, this perfectly good DVD player was just sitting there and algebra test nailed it." "Who else knows, anybody?" He asked. "Nobody." I said shaking my head. "Not even your unusually attractive aunt?" "No no no no if she knew she would freak out, and when she freaks out I freak out." I said hoping to god he wouldn't tell her anything. My mind went to Uncle Ben, as I gripped the chair for my desk, my anxiety rising as this conversation went on. "You know what I think is really cool, this webbing." Mr. Stark said. My spider sense feeling him throwing it at me, I quickly raised my hand catching it, not evening looking to him as I did. "Tensile strength is off the charts, who manufactured that?" "I did." I said throwing it in the box in my closet where my suit was. "Climbing walls, are you doing that with adhesive gloves?" He asked. I began to think of the day I first got my powers, the spider, everything now raising through my head. "It's a long story. I was-" I began before being cut off. "Lordy!" I turned to see Mr. Stark holding up the giggles from my suit to his eyes. "Can you even see in these?" Embarrassment washed over me once again. I walked over to him quickly now. "Yes, I can, I can see in those okay?" I said now stuffing it back into the box in my closet. "It's just that when whatever happened happened, it's like my senses have been dialed to like 11, there's way too much input so they kind of help me focus." I explained, hoping he wouldn't judge my superhero suit on a budget. "You are in dire need of an upgrade. Systemic top to bottom, 100 point restoration, that's why I'm here." He said, as I sat down on my bed not knowing what to say. "Why are you doing this? I gotta know what's your M.O, what gets you out of that twin bed in the morning?" He asked, I looked down at me hands as I fiddled with them nervously. "Because," I started, I knew why I was doing what I was doing but I didn't know how to say it. "Because, I've been me my whole life, and I've had these powers for six months, o read books, I build computers, and yeah I would love to play football, but I couldn't then so I shouldn't now." I said, hoping what I said made sense. "Sure because your different." He said, relief washed over me knowing he understood me. "Exactly, but I can't tell anybody that so I'm not." I said. I paused thinking about the horrible night I lost uncle Ben and the guilt I felt because of it. "When you can do the things that I can but you don't, and then the bad things happen, they happen because of you." Mr. Stark didn't say anything. I looked away, trying to rid my mind of the painful memories, as I desperately hoped Mr. Stark would say something. "So you wanna look out for the little guy, you wanna do your part, make the world a better place all that right?" He asked. "Yeah Yeah Yeah, just looking out for the little guy, is what is." I said. Mr. Stark stood up and walked over to me. "I'm gonna sit here so you move the leg." He said as he looked at my leg then me. I quickly moved it sitting normally on the bed now. He sat down then placed his hand on my shoulder. "Got a passport?" He asked. "No. I don't, even have a drivers license-" I started before being cut off. "You're going to Germany." I turned as he said this. "No," I said. "Oh you'll love it." "I can't go to Germany." "Why?" "I got homework." As I said this he rolled his eyes. "I'm gonna pretend you didn't say that." He said standing up. "I'm being serious, I can't just drop out of school." "It's gonna be a little dangerous, better tell aunt Hotty I'm taking-" He said placing his hand on the door before I quickly shot my webs at his hand keeping him from opening it. "Don't tell aunt may." I said still holding my hand out. "Alright Spiderman." He said, I felt proud and powerful as he said those words. Excitement to go to Germany as well. "Now get this off of me." He said gesturing to his hand. "Oh sorry." I said moving quickly to remove the webs from his hand.
