Leahs pov
"Ugh! Sooo good" I hear Jennifer mutter after taking a bite of her omelet. "Right?!" I said and she smiles at me. She has a gorgeous smile. Not just pretty but gorgeous.
The fact that we have many things in common already makes me feel happy inside because we're obviously getting to become more of friends. But then also she's attractive as hell so like..what do I do?
"Guys look" Tori says holding up her phone from her side to take a selfie of all of us. I leaned over a bit on the table and smiled for the pic.
"I'll send it in a group chat" She says. Not too long after we all got the message. I have both Camila and Tori's number so this one without a name must be Jennifer's. Wait so I have her number now? Shit. Now I'm gonna over think this and would want to text her.
Later after we ate we just walked around the area. This time Tori was walking next to Camila and I'm with Jennifer. You'd think I'd be a bit nervous but I'm not. Only because I'm not that into her. Just find her attractive...but knowing me I'm gonna catch feelings. Watch.
"Oh my gooodd!!" Jennifer says and squats down. We all look at her and see her petting a dog. Just randomly petting someone's dogs..
I smile and she looks up. "It's so cute!" She says. "It is" I giggle and look at Tori who was shaking her head.
"She's so random like this" she tells me. "Okay shut up." Jennifer sassed and stands back up. "Byeee!" She says to the puppy and the owner then we left.
"I love dogs" she says. Specifically to me. "I know. They're so cute. I've always wanted one but I'm barely home" I said.
"Get a dog that could take care of it self! Like the ones that won't need attention every second" she says. "Mm..I'll think about it. Could use some company at my house." I said. "You live alone?" She asks me and I look at her while walking.
"Yup"
"What? Wow. That nice ass house all to yourself haha. Lucky you"
"I guess but lately I've been wanting to you know- not be alone."
"You don't have a boyfriend?" She asks me. "I'm ga-I- no I don't." I said. Why'd I almost tell her.. She holds her look at me for a second then looks away. I think she caught that. I'm not sure. Fuck. Nobody knows I'm gay. Let's hope she didn't catch that.
"It's okay me neither" she says.
"Ohh haha" I nervously giggle. I didn't know what else to say.

"See you guys next time!" Camila says and gets out of the car to go into her house.
"Okay Leah you're next" Tori says.
We shortly get to my house and I say bye to them and get out of the car then walk towards my house.
"Oh wait leah!" I hear someone call. I assumed it was Tori but Jennifer's window was rolled down. "Huh?"
"I still have your change from the restaurant that you asked me to hold" Jennifer says. "Oh- keep it! I owe you" i said. "But it's $20!" "That's fine" I smiled and winked. "Oh okay" she says and smiles. Then I walk away. I felt something there but like I said..don't overthink it Leah.
Jennifer's pov
She has such a nice house. I really didn't need her to pay me back for last weekend but she's nice enough to do that. I feel like she made me hold her change on purpose but also she didn't have a wallet with her. She literally only brought her ID and phone and a $50 bill.
