They told me that they could see it in the way that I looked at her. That's what all of our friends said--both Sara's friends and my own. They told me that when we were together, they could see in my eyes that I just loved her. I'd stare at her while she spoke, fully engaged, without even realizing it.
I wonder if Sara ever did the same thing to me, but I never noticed.
Nothing has happened, today. We're just driving. Lorraine won't talk to anyone but herself.
