Chapter 8: "Bromance"

AUTHOR'S NOTE:

So I am TOTALLY changing things up, because I am adding some more characters into the story. Adam Hibs is interesting, and I may or may not continue a story line with him, so new POV'S. Alright, enjoy!

Adam's POV-

~Two Weeks Later~

        In just two weeks, I've managed to have my mind on one thing and one thing only. Arie. She's become so popular, but she's more than just one of the pretty popular girls. She talks to me, sometimes in first period English class, and she always makes me smile, it makes the rest of my day. I have all my homework done for the rest of the week, and let's face it, Ed doesn't do homework, so I might as well have him over.

        10 minutes later, Ed comes bursting through my front door, walks to the kitchen, and opens the fridge. This is a regular pattern with him.

        "Hey Ed," I say.

        "Hello," he says.

        "What's up?" I ask.

        "Not much, hey, did your mom ever make those cookies?" Ed asks, frowning.

        "Uh, I don't believe so," I say, confused.

        "Pity," Ed says.

        "So, you know Arie, right?" I say.

        "Mhm," Ed says, his head still in the fridge.

        "Well, I really like her. I mean, she's different from everyone, and I really think-"

Ed's POV-

        I sit in Adam's kitchen while he blabs on about some girl. Man, he has nothing to eat in this house!

        "So, is your mom out shopping, because you need food in this house," I say.

        "Uh, yes, she is out at the market. Were you listening to me?" he asks.

        "Yes! You really like her, so just keep on liking her, until you feel like it's the best time to tell her!" I say, hoping that made sense with whatever he was saying.

        "Wow Ed, thank you, that's actually a brilliant idea," Adam says.

        "No problem! Now, I gotta run, your mom will kill me if I don't actually hand in one of the four assignments she gave us," I say, "Laters!"

Okay, this chapter is really short. Who knows, I might add onto it some day. But for now, we are going back to Spencer's POV for the next chapter.
