Hermione stared at the Healer, her mouth hanging open. Draco was also in a stunned silence, though he was staring straight ahead at the wall with his hand over his mouth. Ginny and Blaise were grinning widely, and Ginny nudged Hermione gently.

"Someone clearly had a good honeymoon," She said slyly.

"Four..." Hermione started quietly, putting a hand on her stomach. "Oh Merlin, I'm pregnant."

"We're going to be mums together!" Ginny exclaimed excitedly, bouncing up and down slightly next to Hermione.

A slow smile spread across Hermione's face and she looked over at Draco. "Draco, we're going to have a child!"

He looked back at her and caught her contagious grin, squeezing her arm. The Healer smiled at the two of them and patted Hermione's leg before saying, "I will give you two some time to come to get used to this idea, and will be back in an hour to give you a proper maternity scan. Let me know if you need anything beforehand!"

They nodded and the Healer left, leaving the four of them alone in the room. Blaise clapped Draco on the back and said, "Just wait until you tell your parents."

Draco gave him a look of horror. "My parents! And then we need to tell Hermione's parents...and the entire bloody Weasley clan..."

Ginny reached across Hermione to smack Draco on the arm. "Hey! At least you will never run out of babysitters!"

Hermione laughed at this. "I can't wait to see that argument over who gets to watch the baby. I have a feeling Lucius is going to be very attached to his grandchild!"

Draco and Blaise both laughed at this as Hermione ran a hand through her hair in amazement and stared at her stomach. "I don't want to tell anyone just yet; I want to get used to this idea."

Draco took her hand and said reassuringly, "We will tell everyone when you are ready, don't worry."

"Hopefully the news doesn't get out like it did with our babies," Ginny grumbled.

Hermione looked up at this in horror. "We still don't know who told the Prophet, do we?"

Ginny shook her head. "I wasn't able to find out."

Hermione leaned back against the bed with a groan while Draco squeezed her hand and said, "Don't worry, I know my parents are honestly expecting us to have a child soon anyway."

"Yeah, but I'm not sure I'm ready to announce it to the rest of the wizarding world," Hermione said exasperatedly.

"Well, why not?" Ginny asked with a shrug. "You won't have to worry about someone leaking the news if you just tell everyone yourself."

"Ginny, I literally found this out about ten minutes ago," Hermione said, scowling. "That, and it's not recommended to tell the news until after the high-risk period for miscarriages is over."

"Really?" Ginny frowned and looked at Blaise. "I didn't even think about that..."

"There's a high-risk period for miscarriages?" Draco asked curiously.

Hermione nodded. "Right now is the time period actually; I think it's between the first four and six weeks."

"If my twins can survive a few Cruciatus curses, your child will be just fine," Ginny smiled. Then she bounced up and down again as she exclaimed, "Ha! They'll be going to Hogwarts together!"

Hermione grinned at this. "Think we should warn the professors when the time comes?"

"Nah, they'll just have high expectations for the kids," Ginny answered, shaking her head. "Let them figure out what to do when the kids start to show their  trouble-making colors."
