This episode started with a playback of the previous episode. This shows some of the trainees' performances. The online vote ranking is revealed with Trainee Zhou Jieqiong (주결경) taking first place.
The trainees are taught the vocals and choreography of their theme song. It is entitled "Choose Me". Similar to the Produce 101 (프로듀스101) franchise, trainees that will receive final grade F will serve as backup dancers.
After having classes with the mentors, they record themselves performing what they have learned. These solo cams will determine whether they will perform on stage or not.
The mentors start re-evaluating the trainees. Each of them is given the chance to give commentary on how they will perform on stage presumably. As you can see, there have been drastic changes on the contestants' initial grades. Class D consists of only 4 members!
