Perfect love casts out fear - 1 John 4:18
Perfect love, you might think of that perfect person who you love with all your being. Or you think of that favorite family member in your life, but did you ever think of perfect love as God?
God is the only one who can give us perfect love and loves us the most of anyone else. God can cast out our fear.
Have you ever had a fear that consumes to the top of your body? That fear of being up to high from the ground or that fear of speaking in front of those people. Those may be some smaller fears, but God can cast out all of our bigger fears as well. No matter what size of fear we have with us God will be there to cast it out and take it out of our lives. All we have to do is pray and listen to God, he will be there for us.
Dear God,
Whenever there is a fear in my life that I can't overcome it please help for me to know that you are there. You are with me to help guide me through this rough patch. Let me know what you can do to get me through those times of my life.
If there is anyone going through a tough time right now, let them know that you are with them.
