All over the news you hear words like climate change and the earth is dying. Some might say yes and others might say to climate change, but I'm not here to discuss politics. I'm here to say that this is God's earth and we are treating it like trash.
I was on a plane recently and this thought popped into my head. God makes such beautiful things. So why do we have to go and destroy all of his beautiful things. I just thought about that and then I thought of this. I thought of the idea of creation. You see we and the earth are gods creation, so why should we treat the earth with disgust. We are the same as the earth, so shouldn't we get the same treatment as the earth? Who knows!
What I am here to say again is that we need to better take care of Gods creation. He has us on this earth to be his light and we can't do that if the earth is dying. Pick up garbage, walk more instead of driving, not using plastics, treats animals with kindness and love the earth around us. Those are just some ways for us to better love the planet that God has gifted us with.
Dear God,
Please help for us to make an impact with your Earth. Help for us to better love your Earth and treat it with kindness. Help for us to know that we are on this Earth for your purpose. Also, just be with us in our daily lives and be our reminders of goodness.
