God and just life in general our us through trials and pain. It out this mess into our lives that we might not understand. These messes get us frustrated and soon we don't know what to do. Sometimes we get angry, doing things we will soon regret. Other times we get sad and close ourselves off from everyone around us. No matter who we are or how we react there will be pain in our lives.
There are many different types of pain we go through. Such as divorce, fighting with a friend, lose of a loved one, breakup, a bad day and the list goes on and on. We don't really know why God puts pain into our lives, but we do know only He knows why. But no matter what you're going through Romans 8:18 can help. This verse reminds me of the light at the end of the tunnel. That all your going through has a purpose, no matter how much it hurts in the moment. He will get us through the pain, it will all be worth it in the end.
Dear God,
Please help for us to get through this pain. For us to know that everything will be okay. No matter the level of pain, you will get us through this. All things happen for a reason and the joy comes in the morning. You'll get us to the light at the end of the tunnel, whatever that may be.
