~(Y/n) POV~
I skipped school. I couldn't handle the thought of even attempting to go after what happened yesterday. It was still so fresh in my mind. Feeling her hands push me out of the way, her body. Just, everything.
I rolled over in my bed, squinting my eyes as the beams of sunlight hit my face. My eyes felt swollen, and I knew they were completely red. My stomach was nauseated from not eating. My head hurt from crying to hard. Everything hurt.
But at the same time, I felt numb. The pain was there, but it didn't hurt. Was that weird? I don't know. I don't even know how I got home last night.
Oh wait, I remember.
I walked out of the hospital, not caring where I was going. I just, I couldn't be there. I couldn't believe it. She was gone. I killed her.
I didn't even notice the rain begin to come down, but at this point I didn't care.
My hair stuck to my face, and my dress clung to my body. I could feel the water in my shoes with each step I took. But I didn't care.
It was starting to hurt to breath, probably from the cold of the rain. I looked up to the sky, observing the dark clouds, and letting the cool water wash away my hot tears. I looked back in front of me, seeing a limo pull up, and Kaoru step out.
"(Y/n)!" He shouted, running up, and grabbing me by my shoulders. The rain was quickly soaking his ginger hair, along with his school uniform.
"Kaoru..." I breathed out sharply, looking back at the limo to see the other guys. I turned my attention back to Kaoru's intense amber eyes, my own (e/c) eyes probably growing dull, and red. My lip quivered, and I hiccuped as more tears spilled out.
"She's dead!" I sobbed, launching forward, and throwing myself into his embrace, which he quickly obliged to. His arms wrapped around me, and he led me back to the limo.
"We're gonna take you home, okay?" He said calmly in my ear, and I nodded, leaning my head against him, and closing my eyes.
I must have fallen asleep on the way. I sat up, throwing the covers off of me, and made my way out of my room, and down stairs.
"(Y/n)?" I looked up, and saw my dad in the foyer. He must of been on a call, but he hung up, and immediately ran over, pulling me into a hug.
"Your friends told me what happened. I'm so sorry hun. I'm so sorry." He rubbed circles into my back, and once again I let all of my tears out, clinging onto my father as tightly as I could. I might not be feeling a lot of physical pain, but the pain in my heart was very eminent.
"Why not take a hot shower, want me to have the maids cook you some lunch?"
"Lunch?" I looked over at the clock, now noticing it was noon. "No, thank you though."
"You need to eat."
"I'm not hungry. Please.." I pleaded, looking up to him, only causing him to sigh. "Okay, go shower." I nodded, and made my way to my bathroom.
~time skip~
I was standing my closet, staring at the orange dress and mask I was to wear at ball. I let my fingers run across each groove of the fabric. How was I supposed to go now? I didn't have a single bone in my body that wanted to. There was no point.
"Hey, (Y/n)." I turned, seeing someone now standing in my closet doorway. It was Hikaru. I cocked my head a bit, but walked out, leading him to my bed, and sitting down.
