It had been a month since Skylar had started school there and Jeffrey and Sky still had their normal routine of meeting up with each other. Nothing much had changed since then besides the fights and the harassment but Sky was still what all of the boys wanted and Jeffrey was all Britney was trying to get even though Sky's and Jeffrey's relationship had gotten stronger everyday.

It was Friday after school. Jeffrey and Sky were together like they are everyday.

"We're going to go somewhere special tonight" he told Sky, thinking about the perfect place for a date.

"Where?" Sky asked.

"It's a surprise. Dress in something nice but comfortable." He kissed her forehead. "I'll be back in two hours" he told her without any explanation.

Two hours later Jeffrey was at her door wearing a nice, casual flannel and some khakis. Sky was wearing a mint green and white blouse with some jeans.

They walked for what seemed forever, only because it was hot out but in actuality, it was only a two minute walk but it was all worth it when she saw what was right in front of her.

Under a beautiful cherry blossom tree there sat a two blankets, a picnic basket and a fake candle that seemed really cheesy but it was adorable. There

was no doubt about it, she had the best boyfriend ever. She kissed Jeffrey and ran over to the blankets.

"What's all of this about?" Sky asked.

"Well, remember that time when I owed you big time?"

"Yeah?"

"Well you never told me what I owed so I planned this."

"I love it. Thank you so much!" She tackled Jeffrey with hugs and kisses.

In the picnic baskets were packed two peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and two juice boxes. It was so cheesy but it was cute.

After they finished eating, they lay down on the blanket and look at the stars. Jeffrey informed their parents that they would be out there and they told him to check in every hour and so he did.

It got a little cold out so they used the second blanket to cover themselves and they just cuddled with each other. Jeffrey checked in one last time before he made the first move.
