When Jeffrey woke up and found Sky not in her bed.

"Sky?" He looked at the clock 8:13 am.

"Shit, school starts in twenty minutes."

He went to the bathroom but Sky was already in the shower.

"Can I hop in with you?"

"Yeah."

He got in, pecked her softly on the lips and then started washing his hair.

"No. I want to wash it for you!" Sky stopped Jeffrey.

"Okay!"

She washed his hair while he washed his body and then they were done.

"We have fifteen minutes to get to school." Jeffrey informed her.

"Last Monday of seventh grade.."

"Yeah."

He picked her up, wrapped her legs around him and carried her to the room. Jeffrey got done getting ready with everything except his hair in five minutes tops. Sky was still putting on her makeup. She was only on her cover up.

"Why do you do that?"

"Do what?"

"Put makeup on."

"To make me look good."

"You look beautiful even without makeup."

"No I don't."

"Yes you do!" He grabbed her makeup bag and ran. He ran to his brothers room where her brother was still and and told him to hide it and lock the door. Jeffrey came walking upstairs into the kitchen.

"Where's my makeup?"

"I don't know"

"Jeffrey! Seriously"

"Please just this one day, not wear makeup. I like you better without it."

"What do I get if I don't?"

"I'll take you with me to California."

Her jaw dropped and she ran up to him. He picked her up, wrapped her legs around his waist and started kissing her.

"Deal." she whispered.

Jeffrey smiled showing off his braces.

Sky finished doing his hair and then they left. They were barely on time for school.

"That was close" Sky said as the bell rang.

"No kidding." he kissed her and went off to his first class.

Since it was the last week of school, they did nothing really. The day went by really fast for the both of them.

"When I ask you if you wanna come to Cali with me, act like you didn't know."

"Why?"

"My mom didn't want me to ask you till your parents were around"

"Oh okay. What time is dinner, anyways?"

"Five"

"Okie"

When they got back to Jeffrey's house, they just sat there on their phones

"Jeff?"

"Yeah?"

"Can I do your makeup?"

"No"

"Why? Please!"

"What's in it for me?"

"I'll let you do my and hair!"
