You don't know how incredibly sorry I am for not updating I will admit that I can't really give excuses but yeah I will try 110% to update every weekend (if not more) and I will be skipping to January in the story (present time) because I had writers block and didn't know what to write.

"Jeffrey it's time for school!" Jeffrey's mom yelled down from the kitchen. Jeffrey came down stairs with his face all pale.

"Mom I don't feel g-good." He looked like he had been throwing up.

"Are you sick?"

"No..." He said sarcastically.

"Well I told you to wear your coat when you went out ice skating with Skylar!"

"I wasn't cold!"

"Don't bullshit me, Jeffrey."

"Well can I stay home please I really don't feel good."

"I suppose... Go back to bed and I'll call the school up."

"Thanks mom, you're the best!"

"Yeah, yeah."

Back at Skylar's house

"Bye mom! I'm leaving for school!" Skylar hugged her mom.

"Have a good day at school, sweetie."

"I'll try!" She walked out the door and stood at the bus stop. She looked around the group of kids for Jeffrey and then looked at her phone for the time. It was 8:05 am. He would have been here already so she texted him

S: Where are you?😔

J: I'm sick😫😷

S: Your mom told you to wear a coat.

J: I know, I know she already confronted me about it.

S: Yeah. The bus is here, I'll text you at lunch. Love you! Hope you get better😘

J: Love you more!

S: Wouldn't count on it😉

J: Haha you know it's true. Love you💕

S: Love you too.

School was going by super slow but it was finally lunch. As Skylar was about to text Jeffrey, her phone died.

"What the heck! It was at 5% not 0%!" She yelled.

"Uh, Skylar?" Her friend, Julia looked at her weird.

"Yeah?"

"Everything all good?"

"No! I told Jeffrey that I was going to text him during lunch but my phone just died."

"I think you'll live."

"Whatever." Skylar grinned.

She got up to throw her garbage away and as she stood up this boy stopped her.

"You still dating that fag boy, Jeffrey?" He chuckled.

"Don't call him that.."

"Why? What are you going to do, slut"

She pushed him against the wall and started hitting him. He was laughing the whole time.

"Skylar, stop! Just walk away!" Her friends were holding her back. Before you know it, they were both in the principles office...
