Hello, you're probably wonder what my dumbass is doing well I'm writing another book, if I'm being honest I don't know. If you've ever read any of my books you know they fucking suck, and the writing is horrible, I'm sorry.

I'm not prepared for this story, but we'll see how this all goes.

Who the fuck told me to come back and write another book?!?

ANYWAYS, hopefully this book is better like I also hope for.

_Sage_

Things haven't been the same since my dad came up to my mom that one night saying he 'accidentally' cheated.

My mom cried his eyes out for the next three days until my sister and I managed to get him out of bed and take him out for some self care. My sister was just as furious as my mom, and my dad just wasn't the same. He's always leaving, sneaking, and hiding his phone when anyone's around.

My mom tries to act ok but we all know deep down he isn't.

But he's not mad anymore, just deeply hurt and sad.

I sigh as I look over at him as he stands near the sink washing the dirty dishes from our recent breakfast, I then look over at my twin sister who's on her phone.

"Who you texting?" I asked, she looks up from her phone and rolls her eyes then mouths 'dad'

I nod in understanding then stand up from my seat. "Mom I'll finish the dishes why don't you relax." My mom turns to look at me and then nods.

"Thank you, baby." I nod as he kisses my cheek.

"I think I'm gonna lay down, I'm not really feeling good." Me and Silvia both nod.

When my mom walks upstairs Silvia turns to me. "I can't stand him. He's not the same man anymore." Her voice is laced with such disgust it almost makes me want to gag.

"We're gonna move aren't we?" I ask, she nodded.

"Probably." I shake my head and turn back to the sink to finish the rest of the mess.

"That man doesn't deserve love, not anymore." I silently look down.

I hear Silvia's chair slid across the floor and then her leaving footsteps.

"Why did you have to do this to us dad?"

_____________

And yes we did move.

Took some time, two months to be exact.

But we definitely aren't living there anymore, we actually moved into our grandparents house at least until mom can get a job, my dad was the one that always brought in the money. Not anymore though, those days are over.

My grandparents were more than welcome to let us come move back in, and of course very angry with dad.

I'm going to a new school and I'm not excited for it, starts in three days.

I lay my head on my pillow and look up at the plain white ceiling.

And then Silvia comes barging into my room, I look up to see her out of breath. "Do you know where my basket ball shorts are, I'm gonna go play with Jeremy at the park."

"Ooh, Jeremy you say?" I say and wiggle my eyebrows, Silvia rolls her eyes and slaps my leg.

"Ow, they're in the bathroom next to the sink!" I shout, she nods and takes off running out the door. I shake my head and roll my eyes.

My phone goes off so I pick it up to see who it is. I roll my eyes when I see it's my cousin Liam. Or my second cousin?

His mom is my mom's cousin.

I have so much family at this point it makes no since to even try, he's my cousin.

"Hola!" He shouts, I look at my bed.

"What?" I ask.

"Where's my hello, bitch?!" He asks, I sigh.

"Hello. Now what do you want?" I ask, he then goes on to ramble about my cousin, Blair.

"Tell her dad. I don't care!" I grumble.

Apparently she was over there and broke a lamp. "Well you can, since he's coming over there!" He yells, I look down at my phone in confusion.
"Uncle Eric's coming, he's back?!" I ask.

"Yes. Now I gotta go."

"Wait, how do you know and I don't, he's my actual uncle!" I say.

"Blair told me, now I got to go before my mom gets home and kills me!" I laugh and hang up.

"Shouldn't be throwing parties all the time then." I stand up from my bed and make my way downstairs.

"Uncle Eric's coming?" I ask, my mom gives me a confused look.

"Yes he is." We both turn to look at my grandpa.

"He is daddy?" My mom asks, he nods and takes a seat at the table.

"He's moving back then?!" I happily ask, uncle Eric moved out of state for four years.

"I'm so excited!" I shouted as I jumped up and down, the three of them proceeded to laugh.

"Where's uncle Caleb by the way?" I ask after I finished my little dance.

"He's actually moving back down here as well." Grandpa says, I gasp.

"Seriously, this is great!" My mom nods.

"Do they know?" Mom asks. Suddenly the room is really quiet.

"Caleb does yes." Grandpa said and nodded.

"So that means Eric doesn't." I look down at the wooden floor.

"Why don't we get dinner started Jaime?" Pops says, mom nods and the two walk over to the counter.

I look back up at my grandpa who is already looking at me. "Don't ever be like your father."

I gulp. "I won't." Grandpa then walks away.

"And don't ever let a man treat you like your father." He adds.

I sigh and stand up.

I can't believe this is really happening, I thought my parents would last forever. Damn they used to be so happy, what happened?

I take one more look around and then get up and go back upstairs.

______________

_One week later_

Uncle Eric, and uncle Caleb both come back today, so you know what that means, giant family dinner. I'm excited to see all my cousins, even the really old ones who my dad grew up with.

I walk into Silvia's room and see her looking through her closet. "What?" She asks without turning around, I roll my eyes and sigh and I drop onto her bed.

"How do you think uncle Eric will take the news?" I quietly ask, I'm sure Silvia can hear the sadness in my voice because soon she's turning to me, a sincere look on her face. She comes over and sits next to me.

"Look Sage, whatever reaction they give, we'll be fine. Dad will be fine, he's strong, and so are we." I look up at her, she tries to smile. But I know deep down she's just as hurt, but could you blame her, we were happy but our dad broke our family apart. I barely even see her anymore, she mostly hangs out with Jeremy, we were so close. But everyone changed. I sigh and grab her hand.

"Hey, I love you." She smiles and nudges my shoulder with her head.

"I love you too, now let's get ready. The families coming!" She shouts and claps her hands as I laugh and get up.

"I'm gonna go get ready." She nods and goes back to finding her clothes.

Like Silvia said, we'll be fine.
